I brought in a silver platter that my parents gave to me on my 30th birthday, and it was in DIRE need of a polishing. Kathleen (who is WONDERFUL) took the platter and informed me she would ring me when it was done. Both my parents are no longer with us, and this was a special BD and that platter had a beautiful engraving to me on it.

When I came to pick it up it brought tears to my eyes, the platter looked like the day I received it.
