I don’t ever make reviews but here’s my first ever brutally honest review in which I know the people who work here will have something “smart” to respond with…. (based off all of the other responses to reviews) *I read their reviews prior to coming and noticed the rudeness in their responses which should’ve been my sign to go somewhere else… THIS IS YOUR SIGN)

First the pros. The grill looks nice and the design is accurate to what we wanted. All rose cuts and one with a cross. They were willing to be accommodating to adjustments that needed to be made (we never went back for adjustments due to far distance). The turn around time is quick (doesn’t mean accurate or promising to be on time) for an additional fee

Now the MANY cons. I said the design was accurate but there were issues w the fit. It would fall out while talking and one part of the grill was poking into the gums. Due to inaccurate impressions, there has been shifting in my natural teeth as well. Their communication with us was very rude at times from both the man (Kevin) and the lady doing the impressions (didn’t get her name). The turn around time was quick but when we confirmed the pick up time (6pm-their closing time) they responded and said 7pm instead (after closing) and they confirmed that was correct. They said to be there before 7pm bc downstairs door would be locked. Made it in before 7pm then when we went to the office it was closed and locked. When I tried calling multiple times and messaged them, nobody answer the phone. Stood out there for quite some time for a custodian to go in the office and say we couldn’t be helped until someone came in which we were helped well after 7pm. NOW the worst of it all. We were quoted a price of $2060 but when we arrived to the consultation they changed the price to somewhere between $2400-$2600 (I don’t remember the exact price) but ridiculous jump in price without being informed prior to traveling all that way. We were told this was due to the “change in price of gold” for that day, which again WAS NEVER COMMUNICATED that there would possibly be a price change. I believe we were just being scammed as Kevin appeared to be nervous, shaking, and sweating when bringing to our attention this price change and when asked questions about this random, sudden, and drastic change in price.

In response to the grill cheese grillz comment, the $100 rush fee was “waived” (at least that’s what you claimed) because u knew there was a significant change in price from what u quoted me. Also thank you for editing ALL of your response to the negative reviews on your page, makes you guys seem a TAD bit more...

I hate to make this review because the guy I initially spoke to on the phone was really cool and I was very excited to work with him but the experience I had overall was so bad I walked out. I made an appointment for a specific date and when I arrived I was told the appointment system got mixed up and I would have to come back the next day or in a few hours. I get it, things happen but it sucked. When I came back, I interacted with the orthodontist and she was extremely rude, degrading and defensive every time I asked her a simple question. It was very uncomfortable. When she gave me the price after all that, it was no where near what was discussed on the phone. They forget to mention the imprint fee ($40) and they tell you that it’s less expensive to do two teeth, but it was not communicated that the cheaper pricing was for two teeth TOGETHER. So the price went from $350-$400 to almost $600. After expressing my concern over the price, the guy I spoke to on the phone and the orthodontist started going back and fourth over the price with each other in front of me and he told her just to give me the quoted price so we can move on. Which is why I would have just liked to deal with the guy over the phone instead of the orthodontist because she is the reason why I left. Everytime I asked a question, she seemed annoyed and would talk to me like I’m stupid from start to finish . She switched up super quick when I told her I was no longer interested because I was very off put by the entire experience. Overall, I wish it had worked out because I was super excited but I think it would be beneficial if they laid out the extra costs (the imprint fee) and explained that two teeth together is what is cheaper so customers are not surprised by the end price.

This was myself as well as my Husband's very first experience with purchasing a Gold Grill!!! We went into the entire process extremely cautious and to be honest, nervous as to what to expect. My Husband is by far the least person you would expect to get a grill, but had no choice due to a front tooth that absolutely had to be pulled. We had to travel all the way from Susanville CA, and from the moment we walked through this establishments doors, I knew we were in the Best hands!!!!! Dr Carmela and the Amazing staff made us feel right at home! The attention to detail is Amazing, The prices were surprisingly so affordable for the quality of care and especially the quality of the Grill itself. The Joy that fills this facility is really something Special 😍. My Husband and myself are beyond Happy and thrilled with the final outcome, he looks Amazing!!! I will be returning to get mine next and can hardly wait! I give them a easy 10 out of 10!!! Best, Best Best! Customer Service we have experienced in a very long time.
