I have to say, this food was top-notch! My wife and I got a lot of take-out tonight from Chef Bo, and we absolutely LOVED it...ALL of it! We ordered the Vegetable Egg Foo Young, 8-Pc Fried Prawns, 4-Pc Egg Roll, Sweet & Sour Pork, Szechuan Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Cashew Chicken, Vegetable Fried Rice, and Vegetable Chow Mein. Holy-Moly! This was a lot of food for 4 of us, but we still have tons of leftovers, and can't wait to eat them for breakfast in a few hours. The two people that took our order were (possibly the owners) Rebecca and her son Joshua. They were both perfectly polite, helpful, and just cool! The food was not greasy, it was hot, huge portions, perfectly cooked, and the inside of the restaurant was clean and well lit. The best thing for my wife was the fact that her hair didn't smell like that greasy food smell when we got home. We will definitely be hitting this Chef Bo's restaurant whenever we get that craving for some Chinese food!

As you know, I visit a lot of restaurants and this one was not bad. Got the chicken and vegetables. Pros Low prices Generous portions Decent food Good quality Great lunch specials Includes sweet and sour, rice or chow mein or both. Con’s Not many The food is a 4, great for the price though. Bathroom may need a remodel. Other than that all good.

I have had a couple of solo lunch plates here, within the last 6 months. Not really special, but standard & consistent "Chinese" food. However, recently I fed my crew of 6 workers one Saturday when we were on a particularly tough project. We ordered from Chef Bo based on a take out menu I had. My crew was very hungry and on a time deadline, so they ate, in spite of the poor quality of the food & the preparation. My order also was dreadful. But for my training I would not have finished. Even the Hot & Sour soup was watery and unpleasant. When I have time I will stop in and try to share this experience. I won't be eating there for the...

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I simply don't understand how they have been staying in business. Must be the customers who come back for the appetizers that are thrown in the fryer. Tried their Shrimp Egg Foo Young. Only two shrimps in a DEEP FRIED, unedible, tough, and spongy web of eggs. I took two bites and threw it away. Before that, I tried their Chicken Chow Fun. Completely flavorless. Unseasoned. Ten tiny pieces of chicken that I could tell was once frozen. If you decide to order from this place, stick with the appetizers that any Chinese restaurant should be able to manage. Avoid...
