Nadia was recommended to me for over a year now- I should’ve taken the leap and switched med spas sooner. She’s incredible. She just gets it. Her consultations are solid, and the she’s gentle with her injections. I never feel pain, and I felt zero discomfort without having anything numbed.

In addition to the consultation, she educated me on the different types of filler and Botox injections so I was able to make a sound decision. I was used to always getting Botox but felt that I always needed more from my other beauty spa, she recommended using another injection medication that my body ABSOLUTELY loves!

She encourages you to book 2 weeks out for a follow up whenever receiving Botox injections, she’s very open to whatever you need to express and she always is more than happy to make adjustments. I have never went into a med spa and not felt pressure to receive a service that I did not notice in myself that I needed before. She listens to what you have to say without recommending or pointing out where are you may need other work.

Very recently I got my cheeks lifted and a full syringe for lip filler. She listened to all my concerns and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. My confidence was back instantly, and my face had minimal bruising but only in one spot which were on my lips. I cried after I left a Pretty Please Aesthetics and it was because I was so so so grateful to have someone so kind and thorough who really actually cares about the craft. She is incredible and if you were ever lucky enough to have the opportunity to have her as an injector you will feel like you won the lottery. This review is way overdue but I have the time now. I gave this place a try some time in Aug of 2020 to get lip injections. The place is very nice, clean, and pretty professional staff too. The woman who initially helped me was Kate and introduced me to a new product called Kysse. I previously had Juvederm done but it had been a few years since my last injection. So, because of the Juvederm, Kate had to remove it from my lips in order for me to use the product Kysse. I had to wait 2 weeks to come back for my injections. Kate helped again and was great. The results were awesome but I was told that because of being swollen, the results may vary and if I needed more, I can come back in another 2 weeks to finish the vial. That's what I did, I came back in 2 weeks to be told I shouldn't add more and maybe wait another 2 weeks. It was tough for me because I was moving, so I could not come back and instead I had another procedure done that day (8-point lift). These visits were not cheap and I knew what I was getting myself into. However, if I'm told I can come back in 2 weeks for more and basically get told no once I made it back in 2 weeks, then what was the whole point in that? I remember calling again and I told the lady (I forgot her name :( ) my situation and I was told I was going to be charged more if I wanted more lip injection. I was not honored with what was initially told to me. I spent a lot of money here and to be treated as if I didn't was upsetting and disappointing. From now on, I stick to what I know. I found Pretty Please Aesthetics while looking for a certain procedure about mid March (2025). I was able to book an appointment at their web site without having been there before, and that was a big plus for me. Also, I noted it is generally very easy to get an appointment with available times and days. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist and Shannon was to be my Esthetician. Shannon was great, so personable, bubbly and full of enthusiasm. She was honest about the procedure I wanted done, and gave me many options which was not the one I had originally thought I wanted to have. We had a different plan that I thought was a good one too, and Shannon was still willing to do the other procedure I thought I wanted, but being the expert I trusted her other options. She was right I was very happy with my results. I since have had a few other fillers and such done, and each time I have been pleased with the results. Shannon is quick to respond to my emails with any questions or concerns I may have which is so helpful. I’ve waited to write this review, because I hadn’t been to the downtown location and wanted to review my experiences. I know Sara at the front desk in Roseville and Luke at the “H”street location, as well as others I have come in contact with. Everyone is helpful, friendly and courteous, with that joy of enthusiasm for where they work! Both locations are very clean and I have found where I am going to continue to go...
