I had Dan for a while since East Sac Gym since he got into an argument with Chris the Owner. After having him as my coach, he became stubborn and decided to drop people and NOT being transparent and not telling the truth me as client and other people he talks behind their (his clients) back. There were time when he told Chris the Owner that we was coming back to do a group training and never returned. Plus, there were times when he lied about being sick, but instead it turned out to be that he was on TV on CBS 49ers football game. I couldnt believe I was watching him on TV and lied. He was very shady just and has no responsibility of NOT being transparent and/or honest whatsoever. He is very rocky at times because he cant stand up like a man and humble himself and admit that he is wrong. He will never change and will never care about his client, but his self-fish self. He knows how to jump around gyms to get what he wants.
Nicholas Coy has NOT been transparent with me as well I found him on the internet. He has come up with alot of excuses and NOT being transparent as well. The reason, that when you try to leave text message is because he is trying to cough up a good excuse so that nobody or clients get their feeling hurt....
They both work there cause they have the background that matches their this gym working out on their "bark"
Dan, works there, unfortunately he can "never" keep it honest with his clients, by no means. He wont call or pick up the calls when you call as a client and uses "text message" as a crutch or an excuse for his action. Maybe, you should being a little more considerate and more compassion with your clients and not treat them like "pawns." You signed up for this gig as a personal trainer and you didnt think people would be upset. The answer is being more transparent and call them when they call you or text them when they text you, and stop making excuses!!!
Dont kid yourself owner, both of them as described work there!!!!! Thats the price you pay when you have a business. People read honest reviews that are negative not positive, cause the positive are just relative, friends and people they know. The negatives review are true customer cause they tell it like it is
The old saying goes...the younger they next genration they are the more lazy they are and become. Dan is one of those generation, where they dont want to work and want to make all the excuses to out of things. Nobody will put up with lazy people its that simple. If you dont want to work, then go sign up for the military, they will straighten you and I guarantee that you wont be lazy anymore. blah blah blah, same old same old excuses. The owner dont know what he is talking about that replied back to my reviews, but he knows, he is not telling the truth. Josh is a bad owner, caues he doesnt screen his trainers. It doesnt get any...
Read moreThis gym is it. I haven't been to a gym in a couple years and was more than apprehensive to go back. We all know that feeling of walking into a gym being in bad shape hoping that people don't stare or judge you. Well now I have been there a month or so and not only is Josh great but everyone else is more than supportive. Just yesterday one member helped me with my form which made the lift so much easier. Now when it comes to Josh you know his heart and soul is into making you a better person. Josh works with you and not just if you need some help with a bum knee but he knows what you did last week and will challenge you. Almost daily he asks if you have more time and then challenges you with something new. That doesn't happen at the average gym with the average owner. This is the only gym that I have been a part of that I am excited to go...
Read moreMy wife and I started coming to the gym since it opened last year. It’s the best gym that I’ve ever been apart of. He and his team have done a great job in rejuvenating the interior and adding in new equipment, allowing us to get the most out of the space. The staff is supportive and you’ll be challenged regardless of your fitness level. Josh offers a wide variety of class times. I’d at that the culture at the gym is also far and away the best I’ve come across. I’ve been to other places with high intensity training and Olympic lifts where both staff and members aren’t exactly welcoming. We’ve never felt that way coming to Fitness Fix. We’d highly...
