This was another stop in search for the infamous Quesobirria that I've been searching for. This place has got to be the closest I have come to finding that yellow truck. The first time I came here their tacos where as red as the consomme which threw me off a little bit but the taste and texture were perfect. See the first two times I had that infamous taco truck there was no consomme involved, I remember them being so crispy that I had to eat them over the sink so that I wouldn't make a mess in my friend's house. I would have deemed these those tacos but like I said they were red!!
