I traveled from San Jose to the Valliani’s location in Sacramento after being referred to Ray and let me tell you the 2 hour drive was well worth it!

Before entering, the security guard greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. Once we entered the woman that was there greeted us right away and asked how she could help us out - I let her know we had an appointment with Ray and she went to go grab him. What I loved was that she didn’t try to “steal” his customer or say anything like “oh I can help you” so that already made us feel welcomed and a little at ease.

A little background, I have ZERO knowledge on rings, diamonds, cuts, and all that stuff so I was going in blind and already overwhelmed just thinking about options. I already had my engagement ring that my fiancé purchased somewhere else so I was looking for wedding bands.

Ray took his time inspecting my ring and making sure the “prongs” were all in tact and he even cleaned my ring for me as soon as we got there!

Next he began by asking me what I was looking for and my style so he could guide us in the right direction. Realizing I had no clue what I was looking for :) he guided us first to band “enhancers” new term for me! It’s basically like 2 bands with little diamonds and your engagement ring sits in the middle- this was beautiful and made ring look super sparkly and fancy - but ultimately that was not my style. Next we went to look at bands with little diamonds- I wa shown different types and styles and Ray explained the difference in finishes and how the diamonds sit. We found the perfect one! I loved the band so much that I decided to purchase a white gold and a yellow gold one!

Next it was time to find the perfect band for my fiancé. Again we didn’t have any idea what we were looking for and Ray was kind and patient with us while showing us a variety of materials, finishes, widths etc.

Ray also had the expertise idea of showing us how the rings look together and how they will photograph together on our wedding day! This is something we would have never thought about doing!

These little things are what made our experience so amazing. We were so happy with our options that we ended up falling in love with a white gold and a yellow gold band for my fiancé and for myself!!!

Next was the money part! We were already sold on the 4 rings- buuuuuuuut of course we were over our budget! This is where Ali the store manager came over to seal the deal and make all my/our dreams come true! He was super sweet in asking what our budget was and made us feel comfortable in sharing our high and low end without making us feel like he was going to max it out.

In the end I am one very happy bride and my fiancé is one happy groom!

We can’t thank Ray and Ali enough for helping us make what seemed like a daunting and intimidating purchase so easy and hassle free!

I just want to start off by saying every single time I walk into Valliani Jewelers store in Arden Fair Mall I’m greeted with great hospitality. I have only experience visits With Maryam and the boss lady SHABNAM, they are both great at what they do. Maryam is a great sale rep knows exactly what the customer is feeling and what way they are leaning towards and always give me great option to choose from. She never hesitates on any of my request. And for that I thank her keep up the great work Maryam they should pleased to have you on the team. Now let’s move toward the big boss lady SHABNAM, now at first I’m not going to lie I assumed she was another sale rep. But to be in present of such a knowledgeable and understanding person I knew the moment I met her she was in charge and I loved it! What can I say about Shabnam, we’ll first of all any request I make she is on it as fast as she can find what ever piece I’m interested in. She is in conconstant via text communication with me to make sure my needs and disires are met 100%. Shabnam is always willing to find specific peace’s I want and if she doesn’t have in store she makes sure she get it ordered for me asap.she is always willing to work out a deal what ever it is I never walk out the store empty handed or feeling i over payed. Shabnam is the final call and she definitely a very faire and responsible supervisor and is very very knowledge in custom jewerly For that I thank you Shabnam. This is always such an amazing experience when ever I walk in to VJ jewerly Arden Fair! Over all Villiani Jewerly Arden Fair is by far the best and most reliable and resourceful Jewelery store in the entire mall if not Sacramento and surrounding areas. Maryam and Shabnam made my whole and keep making my whole experience amazing! I wouldn’t go any where else besides Valliani Jewerly Arden Fair for your great precious’s stones diamonds and all custom Gold and white gold chains Jewerly. Let me tell you, I do not write reviews. Even if I’ve had a good experience. I was not chastised to write one nor was I given any incentives upon doing so.

Now, this place is the real deal. My fiancé and I ONLY wanted to see what kind of rings to purchase one another for our upcoming wedding. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Sheila who asked what we were looking for. Immediately, she took us to a wedding set which included the wedding band for my fiancé and the full wedding set for me. It was a great price BUT, the style wasn’t for us.

I immediately turned and started looking at some other rings as Sheila asked what specific style I wanted. I hinted at oval although I wasn’t really sure and a 14kt set caught my eye right away. Sheila then even surprised herself stated that there was a clearance sale on that ring and it as the only one left resulting in a MAJOR discount. I’m talking over $15,000 off. I was then able to get an ADDITIONAL discount due to a Father’s Day deal AND another from Ali Whois the store manager. Well, when I say “I “ I mean my finance as that was his purchase. WITH 0% interest, lifetime warranty etc. my furnace picked out an everyday ring and another ring as his going out one. The fancier ring had a high price and Ali was AMAZING by getting it down over $8,000.

I kid you not, this place, the service and how they work with you specifically Ali and Sheila… AMAZING. Prices are unreal for the style of rings we bought. We are SO happy with our decision to stop and shop here. This was the first and last place we will ever go to for any of our jewelry needs. I deeply encourage you to stop in and see what they have to offer as we are hard to please and can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had.
