I've been here only about 3 times and each time I've had some sort of problem. The first time I came here, we were going to buy to the membership (which by the way, all of the memberships you can buy are cheaper than the day pass so make sure your buying a membership) when we got to the place, we found out that we had to make the account for the membership online and they wouldnt do it for us. We had to go through a whole process so my brother and I could go out and play. It was really tedious and the workers werent very helpful during it. It took us at least 30 minutes to finish filling out the membership form and then we went out and played. It was actually really fun and there was alot to do, with the exception of one thing. One of the workers was trying to help my brother and I put on our harnesses for the zipline thingy and she clearly didnt know what she was doing. She tried about 5 times to put on my harness and the same for my brother. she ended up putting my brother's harness on the wrong way and it was very uncomfortable for him. With that aside, My favorite part was the "danger zone" which was a spinning pole thingy with two other poles that were attached to it and you would either have to jump over them or duck under them. I'll talk about this attraction later though. The second time I was there we were having troubles with the locker. The lockers are not free, unlike other trampoline parks i've been to and theres a fee of $4 or more depending on how long you need it for. My grandma got a locker for 3 hours that costed $4, but she left after letting us in. Unfortunately, we went over the time limit of the locker and me and my cousin were locked out of our own locker. we had to wait until my parents came to pick us up to put more money in the locker and get our stuff out. Now, my most recent time being there was today. I was having fun for the most part there until i noticed that my favorite attraction, the danger zone, was replaced with a kids area for 7 and under. I was really mad about this because that was the thing i liked coming here for and now i couldnt even do it anymore. the whole time i was there, i didnt even see anyone in that area, plus, the whole place is like a kids area and most of the kids ive seen that go here look like theyre 7 and under so why replace one of the only things geared mostly for older kids and replace it with something for the younger kids? it made no sense. we left shortly after because we were bored with everything else there.
all in all, i think this park is fun the first 1 or 2 times you come here, and then afterwards it gets boring. Even if you only plan coming here once or twice, i would still advise buying the membership because its cheaper than the day pass and you get to keep coming for free afterwards. i think its cool how you get to stay here as long as you want instead of only being here for like an hour like other trampoline parks. i would still prefer going to other trampoline parks however, because this place is more of a playground type thing, hence why its marketed as an "adventure park" instead of a "trampoline park" so the trampolines dont play as much of a part as like the big jungle gym they have does. i think this place is good for 4-9 year olds but anyone older would probably have a better time at another trampoline park like mojo dojo. thats my review...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed and frustrated with customer service. My 6 year old son and I were to meet friends there for a playdate. So I checked online for membership details & pricing. Then I followed up with a call to the Arden location to ask for clarification on a few things. I made it clear to the girl who answered that I didn't have a membership, yet. I wasn't sure which level my son would be interested in. I asked if I could purchase the membership at their location or if I had to purchase online. I also asked if it was mandatory to have a reservation to visit. I explained that we were meeting friends between 4 -5pm. I was told I could purchase membership at Arden location and that if they weren't already full with online reservations then I would be able to just walk-in. So I drove down there with my son. But, turns out most of what the employee on the phone said was not true. The 1st employee at the counter didn't know anything about memberships. The next employee explained to me that we did indeed need a reservation. And when I inquired about memberships, I was told to purchase it online. And that I wouldn't be able to book a reservation for 3 days. And that was because of their membership cancellation policy of 3 days to cancel. She explained that I couldn't use the membership until after the cancellation period. I asked why that wasn't what the lady on the phone told me less than an hour ago. That I drove down there with my son because what I was told by the 1st employee on the phone. At this point my son was crying because he was so disappointed that he wouldn't be able to go play. The employee at the counter made no attempt to remedy the incorrect information that was given. Nor did she seem to care that my son was so sad or that I had driven all the way down there for nothing now. After we left I tried to call back this location to speak to a manager. But, after 5 attempts no one was answering their phone now. Later I spoke to my friend who invited us and told her what happened. She told me that she purchased her membership a few months back at that location and was allowed to jump the same night. I must say that this was a horrible experience. I am not sure that I would return to this place. Maybe if they reached out to make this right. I hope that Urban Air management reads this negative experience/review and properly trains...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy reservation spot was 6pm. I drove from Oakland CA and made it there right on the dot. Me and my party get there (I did not book a room and party and all of that I only had about 5 kids with me so it was no point of doing that ) we get our wristbands and 30 minutes into the place Iām seeing so many of the people taking breaks. The place is only open from 6pm-8pm so I was assuming for that hour that they would take breaks but be switching with other employees so they can run the attractions. All the other times was filled.im standing in the cafe line from 6pm to 7pm and when I finally get to the front of the line the man tells me they stop making pizza and saying I can buy the left over pizza. Iām like itās a hour left you canāt make a pizza right quick so that was bs right there. So the hour we there my kids wanted to play on the bumper cars as soon as we get to the line itās 7:05 pm he like Iām going on my 30 minute break. So then we went to the mini gold cars that attraction is down and they wonāt be back until 30 minutes. So once 7:30 hits of course the lines are super long cuz the kids been playing on other things but once the employees got back from break they barely wanted to start up the attractions and let the kids play on them that was horrible. They started to say they were closing around 7:45 so the kids had to pick which ride they wanted to go on and they were sad and I was too. Iām used to the employees at least switching with other people while one is on a break to still allow the kids to be on the attractions we paid all this money for. No pizza and barely was able to play on attractions that was bad. The time slot 6pm is bad I wouldnāt book that one but since it was the last one left I just booked it so the kids can have a great time. They did refund me my money back. The under 2 section was a trampoline no balls or anything for my 2 year old and 1 year old which i had to pay 15$ for each child. They need to at LEAST STAY OPEN UNTIL LIKE 9 or 10pm.
Pro: they refunded my money
Cons: not really communicative when it comes to things being closed for breaks Not communicating when the cafe is not going to making pizza anymore they should voice that over the intercom. Time...
