This place is not trustworthy at All. They got the wrong email and pin on my account so I could not get in to see what they did. I went in because of the risk free guarantee. You know the 30 day money back thing. I got a phone and line from them on 8/16. I found out that he signed me up for a plan we did not agree too. The service is still not good and lags. So I tried to change my service but 800 Boost won’t help me bc they cannot verify me. Even when calling from their phone. So I go into the store9/9 to take advantage of the 30 day and get my money back. The owner laughed and said there is only a 7 day return policy. I told him no. The reason why I tried was because of that risk free guarantee. After arguing with him for about 30 minutes he agrees to do a partial refund. Know I would have paid for service anyway agreed to his offer. I get home and found he changed me 92 more dollars! Plus he has the phone. Boost corporate referred ne back to the store. I did get my money back. This business is shady. There are so many other things that were lied about. I won’t bore you with anymore. My suggestion based on my experience with this store and Boost corporate is, STAY AWAY! Verizon prepaid is better and gives you a hotspot for the same price. I replaced the line with Verizon plus removed another phone from Boost. Double loser Boost! Enjoy your 58 dollars you kept not honoring your risk free trial! Robert B.

The owner was extremely nice and sold me the iPhone 12 brand new inside the original box still for 275 instead of 629.99 and gave me a screen protector for free along with a phone case a new charger and charging bric all for 300 out the door with activation definitely will be coming back in the future when I decide to upgrade I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here if you want the best...
