The Olive Garden in Saginaw is one of my favorite spots to go when we want a nice atmosphere and a healthy, well-cooked dinner at a great price. The endless soup, salad, and breadsticks are my absolute favorite — always fresh and delicious. It’s such a good value whether you’re dining in or ordering to-go. I especially love that they offer bulk options of the soup, salad, and breadsticks to go — perfect for bringing to a party, feeding a group, or even for meal prepping at home. It’s such a smart time saving way to have restaurant-quality food ready for the week! The service is always top-notch, and the staff go above and beyond. My son always asks for a “mountain” of Parmesan cheese on his food, and the servers never mind — they actually make it fun for him! My kids also look forward to the little mint chocolates they give at the end of the meal, which is a sweet tradition. Another thing I love is the tablet system on the tables. You can play games with the kids (or adults!), and when you’re ready to go, you can order and pay right on the screen. It makes everything quick and easy so you don’t have to wait if you don’t want to. Whether you’re going for a night out or grabbing a to-go order, Olive Garden Saginaw always delivers a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Group of 10 went to celebrate 3 birthdays. Took about 40 minutes to be seated (Saturday, got there at 4:30). The service was slow and unorganized. They came to take our order but still hadn't brought the kids menus. When they brought the food 1 order was wrong and one was missing. Took them 20 minutes to correct the wrong one. Asked for ranch for kids to dip chicken tenders in, took 20 minutes to get. My mushroom ravioli was way too salty. Not worth the extra cost compared to other chain restaurants. Especially considering 90% of the menu is mediocre pasta. But I did get a free apple pie thing for my birthday. It was OK.

Our waitress named Jill was on point. She is the literal description of a good and efficient waitress. The food was pretty good, way too salty especially the Alfredo sauce we got with our breadsticks. My gluten free pasta was dry and too firm. But the cheesecake I ordered to go is why I’m leaving this review. Come on Olive Garden you can do better. It was a frozen slice with ice crystals on it obviously sliced from a Gordon’s frozen cheesecake it was trash I could’ve even eat it

Went to this restaurant for the first time today as we live so far away. It was clean there were three people up front the two at the greeting station welcomed us immediately the third was on the phone taking an order but she nodded her head in acknowledgement which was appreciated. We didn't have to wait to be seated. Now this is where the real experience comes in. Our waitress Lindsey was very quick to greet us and get our drink order and was knowledgeable of drinks they had and didn't have. My husband ordered a beer and when she came back with all the drinks she also had a water for him which he normally will switch to after one beer anyway. We were only getting the all you can eat as it is our favorite thing to get there. With us was my five year old son. He wasn't hungry as he ate a sandwich just before we went there so he really didn't want to eat. Knowing he would pick at our plates (he loves soup and salad) we were willing to pay for him but we didn't know what soup he would like. We did ask for a side of grapes for him (was on the kids menu) with our salad she brought out three plates and his side. When she asked what soup we wanted she asked about my son not knowing what he would like she offered to bring out some samples for him. We ended up not getting him any as he didn't any even after trying ours. Lindsey was over constantly checking on us without being overbearing and concerned about my little one not really eating. when she asked if we wanted a box her and I ended up talking for a moment about the dressing next thing I know as she brings the box there is three take home cups of dressing. When we looked at our bill she didn't charge us for r son so our bill was really low as in not even 30 we paid on card and left her a tip of thirty because of how wonderful she was. She thought it was for our bill when we told her that it was for her she looked shocked and tried to hand us some back.when she knew we weren't going to take it she thanked us a lot and thanked us for making her night. Truth is she made ours by being as...

Had a wonderful time with my family here, the wait staff always seems very friendly. Not to long of a wait for a table, even during a rush, the longest my family and I had to wait was just under 15 minutes. The servers are quick and responsive, they never let my cup go empty for any longer than 2 or 3 minutes. The servers were constantly checking in on us every 10 minutes or so. One of my favorite places to go. Olive garden in Saginaw is a great place to take your family if you are looking for a great environment with helpful happy staff. I would recommend anyone looking for a great Italian dish to go to this location. I have been to many others with decent service, but this location by far has been the greatest environment I have been around. Thank you for supplying my family with an outstanding experience at your location. There really isn't much bad I can say about this location. The environment was clean, the bathrooms were consistently stocked and cleaned. Pretty much everything you could ask for in a dining out experience. The have a wonderful Italian experience the whole ambiance just makes you feel like a little bit of Italy is sitting at your table with you.

Pros. Wait staff is friendly Waiting time is minimal Service is fast Food is always hot Management is always helpful when and if you need them.

Cons. I've never had a bad experience. So I will update the cons when they arise. As for now I can't really...

Ive been to multiple different olive gardens, this one tasted horrible despite ordering same thing i always do.. came in about quarter to four and despite multiple workers standing around and not many tables other then us the food took for ever! Salad was huge long pieces and chunks barely any sauce or toppings. Soup was cold, calamari was gross barely cooked not like you normally see. Got endless pasta bowl and Fettuchinni was bland even with lots of salt first plate was huge we finished it asked for the next and waited forever for a tiny plate a quarter of the size of the first to come out finally got It and didn't even have time to wait I told her I had to go that I was already runnning late and had to get going she asked if I needed change I said yes I wasn't tipping almost 20$ for poor service cold food and no refills offered, got 3 10.99 things and a drink and it came out to almost 45$ and none of us were full .. pretty furious if this would have been first Olive garden trip I'd never return... P.s she continued on to take a big tables full order and dma few other things before bringing me my change knowing my husband already went to car with kids and was waiting already late thanks to her, missed my meeting thanks to her and a car accident ahead of me so wasted my entire day and 7 hours...
