TekOne — Local services in Saginaw Charter Township

My experience with TekOne was everything and more! I am a long-time Apple user and after my beloved Macbook Air died, I received a new Macbook Air M1 2020 as a gift in early 2021. But, even though I received the laptop, my family member didn't purchase AppleCare. I always get AppleCare on all my Apple products, but since this was a gift - I didn't. That was a huge mistake.

One day, I closed my screen and when I went back to use my laptop again — it was a black screen with an error message. After trying everything, I contacted Apple repair -- and was told it would be almost $600 to fix. Instead of paying that amount, I just decided to purchase another Macbook Air but the latest model - M2 with AppleCare.

But, I wanted a back up laptop, so instead of going the GeekSquad route - I wanted to go to a local repair company. So, I took the dead Air M1 to TekOne to Mr. Roy --- and after a few days he reached out and told me he had found the issue -- and it was a very affordable fix. I couldn't believe it! I am so grateful and happy to know we have such a great computer repair company, especially one who knows how to fix Apple desktops/laptops in Saginaw. ...

Took my PC in to have the boot issue fixed. Service was great, friendly and I will recommend this company to others. Terrible experience. We agreed on price and was told work I needed done would take one day. Calls me near the end of the day to tell me it wouldn't be done until the next day (need pc to work lost out on tons of $), then when I pickup my computer he overcharges me more than the agreed upon price before I even brought it in.
