T.J. Maxx — Local services in Saginaw Charter Township

This is the second time an old lady has gotten rude and confrontational about looking in the return rack as a customer looking to buy clothes before trying my preselected ones. Yes, I'd get a ticket for the correct amount. Their personal preferences shouldn't be casted on customers over their personal feelings about us being behind their back. It's not like we're premeditated crime on a low rage workers here. I know retail cashiers are less concered at all retail outlets, and they women don't even hold cash.. If this is policy, hang a sign. When asked, they never stated such policy exists. Why are they making up rules? I'm handicap and the first lady refused to help me put clothes back on the hanger after wrist surgery and watched me do it while just standing around like their jobs are too hard or something. We're going elsewhere in the future. One more thing, when your workers leave, don't expect customers to know they need a ticket. I heard her complaint about another customer while I was dressing, and he had said he had waited 5 mins...

I do not think I understand this store. A lot of items seem to be one off items. I noticed a lot of damaged items for full price, such as a candle holder with big chip missing, Halloween light up table top tree decorations with missing pieces over the lights still full price, decorative coffee mug missing handle, many products I seen had defects. I glanced at clothing section without intension to purchase so I did not check prices or sizes of clothes. I did find a cheap ball cap, cheap necklace set gold plated, a book for kids, and cheap kid socks by registers area. Lots of shoppers on a Wednesday, so I may just be wrong about this store. 1/14 2:55pm. Woman running the fitting rooms was RUDE because there was no direction where to put a pair of pants after I was done trying them on. She yelled “DID YOU TAKE THE PANTS” and after I said “no, they’re right there” (I had nicely draped them on the edge of a box next to the stand) she says “with the PURSES!? OK!” with a terrible attitude. I replied with the fact that I wasn’t given any direction on where to put them prior. Guess what?
