The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in Saginaw Charter Township

They have a pretty good selection of vitamins and supplements. The prices aren't too bad. But some of the supplements like glycine are hard to get. One visit there a month ago they only had one left and another time they were out of stock. I live in Bay City and the store is in Saginaw so from now on before making the drive to Saginaw I call to make sure the item is in stock. It's definitely worth it for me to wait until they restock the glycine because I can't find any store here in Bay City that sells it. I had a HORRIBLE toothache!! I ended up needing a darn rooooot canal. It took two weeks to get in. I called and talked to Heather. She advised me about getting Clove essential oil for it....GAME CHANGER. I was quite literally writhing in pain. I actually could get up to 10 min of solid relief when applied by a Q-tip.
