Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Saginaw Charter Township

.Wild Bill’s Smoke Shop is easily one of my favorite spots in Saginaw! There are two locations — one on Bay Road and one on State Street — but I always go to the State Street one.

The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and actually take the time to get to know you. They remember regulars and even ask for your thoughts on different products. The vibe is always great, and I’ve never had a bad experience here.

The only thing I wish they’d improve is the rewards system — you can only check your points in-store, and the website doesn’t show them, which is kind of a bummer.

Honestly, it seems like it would be a nice part-time job too — fun environment, great people, and it’s right down the street from me. Win-win!

I went here tonight at 8:02 pm. I know this because I looked at my phone. The sign was on until I got to the door, then the women shut it off and the doors were locked.There were 2 people who seemed to be together buying something at the register. The women who worked there was very rude. She opened the door and said we are closed. I said all I need is a carton of cigarettes. It would only take one minute. I wasn't there to shop anything else. She very rudely said no and relocked the door. I was a regular customer. One who bought 2 cartons of cigarettes every other week. Well not anymore! You just lost a...

Hands down the best tobacco shop around, by far. And the best Wild Bill’s store I’ve experienced as well. (Between flint and saginaw both) The Most polite staff, I’m always greeted with a smile and a welcoming hello when walking in. My Smoke is always freshest from this store, and John is always informative and helpful when I have any questions about products or sales. I will definitely continue shopping at this store and recommend anyone not to waste your time going...
