I rarely leave reviews, but after two disappointing experiences at this shop, I feel compelled to share. Both times, the owner was shockingly rude and condescending—as if she’s running a high-end designer boutique (even then, Louis Vuitton has treated me with more respect). The first time I visited, she spoke so harshly to my very shy toddler that it made her cry. Saying “Don’t touch that, those very very nice coats” (then why are they low enough for kids to touch) then my daughter ran to my legs and started tearing up and the lady continued to say “you didn’t like that, how I spoke to you did you?” Gross. That alone should’ve been reason enough not to return, but I gave it another shot and brought in some high-quality name-brand items for consignment. As soon as I walked in, she stopped me at the door to say they “don’t accept trash bags.” I get it—standards—but not everyone has endless “totes” lying around. Her tone was dismissive, she rolled her eyes, and spoke down to me like I was beneath her. Saying “you must have never consigned before, have you? Do better. Needless to say, I won’t be back. Customer service matters—especially in consignment, where people are bringing you business. Orange Blossom was a far better experience when it was open with a kind and respectful owner. Trust me, go to...

So beautifully decorated and presented I thought I was in Beverly Hills! Immediately I began shopping and was impressed by the assistance I received as my lovely chosen items were gathered to try on in the spacious elegant fitting room. The experienced beautiful and talented owner, who goes by "Cat" runs a first-class boutique. Bargains galore! Excellent staff! I had so much fun and look forward to returning on my next visit. For Five Star consignment shopping, Sandpiper can't be beat! My nickname is "Dell", and I am spreading the news of this gem in the historic romantic city that is...
Read moreNot sure if she was the owner or not, but she was not friendly. When we were looking at dresses she felt the need to tell us how expensive this designer was and spoke down to us. Although my friend isn't into designers and is more interested in the garment itself, I myself am familiar with designers and prices, but regardless, she doesn't need to school people who come in. My friend ended up buying a dress, had it been me, I would have put it back and advised her of her demeaning behavior, but it wasn't my dog in the fight. Maybe she should learn to treat everyone as if they are a priority and not ignorant....
