F45 St. Charles is an exceptional fitness community that delivers an invigorating workout experience. I joined about 3 weeks ago. Before joining, I was weight lifting 3-4x/week at a basic gym with the occasional cardio - I usually dread cardio! The workouts at F45 are dynamic. The blend of cardio and strength training sessions throughout the week keeps things engaging and effective. The functional movements not only enhance gym performance but also promote injury prevention in everyday activities. The workouts are undeniably challenging but incredibly rewarding, leaving me feeling accomplished and energized. F45 has me looking forward to the fun, fast-paced cardio days now! The gym itself exudes cleanliness and vibrancy, setting the stage for an enjoyable workout environment. The music selection adds an extra boost of motivation, complementing the enthusiasm of the outstanding trainers who quickly become familiar faces and valuable resources. Read moreI really struggled with the motivation to workout. I tried at home workouts and a decent amount of gyms. My body would be in so much pain after each workout. I now know that it was because my form while working out on my own wasn’t great at all. I recently moved to the St. Charles area and knew a few people who attended F45 NW St. Charles. I instantly felt welcomed into their family. Every workout is upbeat, fun, challenging, and DIFFERENT! I was nervous about working out with other people but quickly learned that everyone is focused on what they’re doing and we’re all there to better ourselves. In that two years I’ve worked out constantly 4-5 times a week and hit 500 classes at F45 Training Northwest St. Charles. Working out at F45 is fun. It was the jump start I needed.
Two years ago I couldn’t do one push up. I did 40 pushes in 40 seconds three separate times. I couldn’t do any of this without the dedication and push that 45 and their coaches have given me.
