I don't even know where to begin with my experience here recently. I went through the drive thru and was asked by a polite male voice if I would mind waiting a minute. A minute turned into almost 10 when all the cars in front of me had already left. An older female comes on the speaker and in a very rude voice said "I'm waiting for you to order". I said, "I was told to wait". She said "Well go ahead and order". I started to order and honestly I thought the whole thing was a prank. I had to repeat each item I ordered to her several times and each time, she would cut me off, and acted like my order was way too difficult. (I ordered a chicken sandwich, 6 tacos, and a diet Coke). Then when she finally was done and repeated my order back to me, she didn't repeat the chicken sandwich so I asked if she got the sandwich and she said, "Yea, I said that." I almost just drove off because I was in shock of the whole rude exchange. I got to the window and she had sanitary gloves on both of her hands as she took my money. Which tells me she's touching food at the same time as taking money. A man comes to the window to hand me my food right in front of her with a very apologetic look on his face, as if to say he heard the whole exchange. I then asked her if I could get my diet Coke. She "forgot I ordered a drink". She then gets it and as she's handing it to me, the lid pops off and she says "You may want to get that lid." Then I ask if there was ranch in the bag which I asked for 3 times on the speaker. She said, "oh you need ranch" and proceeded to hand a few to me. I was honestly shook by the whole experience and assumed it was hopefully her 1st day and she wouldn't be asked to come back...
Read moreInstead of going through the drive thru this time, we went inside. One car was pulled up out of drive thru even though no other cars were in line. Two people were in front of us. My order was last, but it came before the other two men. Unfortunately my order should have actually gone to 1 of the men. His order was for two tacos and a junior bacon burger. My brother had been handed 2 tacos just after my order was handed to me. The 2nd mans order, which he was 2nd in line also, was filled next. At that point the 1st man asked where his 2 tacos and junior bacon cheeseburger were. We still stood at the counter because my brother was waiting also for 2 Double Jumbo Jack burgers to take to work with him. Again, my brother's order came before the 1st mans as well as the car pulled forward from drive thru AND another car that was at the window as we waited.
They definitely need an adult running the place. Instead the had a younger woman who was either a team lead or assistant manger, who seemed new and not ready to be on her own running the place, working as front cashier. Two young teenagers were also working. One at the drive thru and one cooking.
Really needed another person who could have worked as front cashier and the Asst. Manager could have worked on keeping orders cooking in order and expedited food in correct order. Not let the place be in chaos like it was today,...
Read moreI went to get food yesterday morning, and the older lady (I think she's new) told me I couldn't swap bacon for sausage. She had the most unfriendly voice. Another younger women jumped in and told me they could. The younger woman took over the rest of the order at the window while the older woman did nothing. The younger woman was very nice. Food was good. No issues. Then I went this morning. Same older woman came on the intercom to get my order but a man took over for her. The woman honestly looked high. She stands there doing nothing while the man worked around her. BTW, the man was amazingly personable. Great employee... promote him. However, my food was revolting. I got the platter and before I looked at the food, I grabbed a piece of bacon and took a bite. I chewed and chewed and couldn't get through the bacon. I spit it out. Then I checked the rest of the food. The eggs were OLD. In the picks it looks like I have cheese on the eggs... nope, that's old, crusty, solid egg. The pancakes were rubbery, and the hashbrown was old. Do people there not know when their food gets old they shouldn't serve it? Or how to identify old food? What a waste of money. At least I got my large drink... though...
