I was born and raised in STL but live out of town now and come back “home” to visit my parents. I grew up coming to St. Charles to shop at all the lovely small businesses but had never been to this amazing shop. I still don’t know how I missed it. A few years ago we were walking after dinner and saw all the amazing items in this super cute shop’s window display so we decided to come back over during my next visit and check it out. We were blown away. First off they carry the coolest most unique items. You could truly get lost in all the beautiful stuff. But besides the amazing items the customer service is out of this world. It really is top notch. There really are no words you just have to experience it for yourself. They treat you like an old friend. They know how to take care of customers from your first encounter to each visit you will want to go back just to see the wonderful people that work there and the amazing owner. They are a great team and make you feel like family. They really try to get to know their customers so they can help you find the perfect item. The store is beautifully designed to make it fun and easy to shop. Spotlessly clean and a beautiful building. So if you need a gift or treasures for yourself or both this is the place to visit. You won’t be able to come just once. If you are local to the area or visiting it is worth the drive to old town St. Charles. You will be glad you did. This is one of our favorite places and we try to get there every time I am home to visit and I still always find things I just have to have!!! So go...

FAIR WARNING!!! I'm deeply disappointed and disgusted by the way my husband and I were treated during our recent shopping experience. There were two salespeople in the store—an older woman who was very kind and a middle-aged woman with long brown hair. The store was fairly busy, and we were casually browsing. While looking at the Loungefly bags, I felt the long brown haired sales associate hovering around me. I just ignored it figuring they were busy and continued to shop with my spouse. We were looking at the bags there was one bag that was laying down on the shelf I had pointed out to my spouse he couldn’t see so I picked it up to show him. After showing him I placed it back as I had found it. The next thing we knew she made a noise and abruptly reached over me to reposition the item on the shelf. Her snooty behavior and unwelcome body language almost made me lose my composure.

My hopes are she is not a the owner, if she is I’m thankful I did not spend my money. If she isn’t she is hurting your business. The older lady needs a raise she was so sweet!
