Order text books on line with extreme caution. They use the old bait and switch tactic on you to get your business. It is in the fine print they do this so they can get away with it. I ordered my book about 3 weeks before the class began. I selected to rent a used copy but then a week before the class began I was charged 73% more for the rent new copy option. They got my business by advertising a cheaper option than the competition, then ended up being more expensive than some after pulling the rug out from under me. I have Experienced a few issues such Staff know nothing about financial aid or the vouchers, hours of operation change often with NO notice, Staff is not friendly, and they never handle complaints they direct you to send an email to the boss who NEVER returns the email.
