On October 30th I picked up lunch for my mother and I from Crazy Bowls in St. Charles, MO. We were visiting my uncle in the hospital and my mom had been there all day and hadnāt eaten. I wanted to surprise her with food to help with the stress. I ordered her a chicken fajita bowl. She had literally just opened the container and there was already a hair on the top of the food. My mom said she wasnāt going to eat anymore of it, and she hadnāt even eaten half yet. I called up the store to explain the situation and asked for a refund on that meal. I even told her that Iād bring the meal up to show her. The manager, I donāt remember her name was understanding. She said instead of a refund she would put a free entree on my rewards account so next time I came in I could just use that. I said that was fine. Itās been awhile since Iāve craved any Crazy Bowls so today, December 4th, I just got off a 9 hour shift. I work the restaurant industry and I manage at a local restaurant on the Streets of St. Charles so I understand what goes in to customer service industry. Tell me why I go through the drive through, order my food, give the girl my rewards number, and Iām still given a total. I told her the situation and how I was told Iād be given a free entree. She told me to pull up to the window and Iām assuming I spoke with a manager, who told me that Iād still have to pay for my meal because the other female manager would have to be spoken with about the situation. I even showed them my credit card transaction with the date on it for proof. If I wouldāve known this was going to be the outcome I would just only accepted a refund in the first place. Iām frustrated. In the food service industry, if you tell a customer youāre going to put a free entree for the future in the system you do it. And if you donāt thatās on you, your fault. Plain and simple. They told me Iād have to call next week to find out anymore information. So thatās great since Iām working all next week I get to call them while Iām at work about a situation Iād never let happen at my own job. Iām really hoping this isnāt the true nature of this place because I actually enjoy getting food from CrazyBowls. But the management needs some...

She said they would not pay dry cleaning but would replace the meal. I ask for only the wrap part she said to come back through when I got a chance. I just went through the drive through a couple weeks later this horrible manager Andy said I was lying because that is not there policy they put points. I gave him my phone. He said no points was added so he kept implying I was lying. I explained i dont work for crazy bowls I don't know the policy but clear u can see i buy and I don't make complaints nor have not ever had anything re did . I informed him that was disrespectful to keep implying I was lying. I had to purchase another teriyaki wrap. Im diabetics I had to purchase food to eat. I told him he was rude and disrespectful for how he spoke to me and how he said what he said to me. The female cashier than came to window and said she to me sorry and it was team lead who told me to come back and they will remake it. This Andy manager was rude and disrespectful. I did not cause this situation and to keep stating I was lying when it crazy bowls and wrap who lied to me over a wrap...wow. he was rude and insulting. All this disrespect over 12.92 wrap when I spend 20 to 30 dollars a order in there. Sad display and...

Needed something healthy fast, and chose to try crazy bowls again.
I don't know why I even tried.
Once again they forgot the sauce for the bowl, which luckily I know to check in the parking lot. Then I get home, and oh boy.
My wrap is completely drenched in sauce, the soggy wrap now impossible to pick up without the contents spilling out. Tastes really off.
Wife and my salmon is rubber. My daughters carrots look like they have been sitting out for 2 days.
But hey at least my daughters 6 tiny pieces of chicken were cooked ok.
Don't waste your time going here in the evening.
We've been going to this location since they opened, but we have noticed a drop in consistency over the last year.
Multiple times have I went through drive-through, only to get home and find my order either missing their sauces, or have specific components missing(cauliflower rice a big culprit.) The people working have always fixed or replaced but at this point it's become a broken record and forced me to constantly check my meal in the parking lot before i leave.
Today i only received 1 sauce for the 3 bowls i had ordered, as well as the drink having no syrup in it. I have tried to be very understanding at restaurants due to Covid, but this feels like an issue beyond that at this point.
Also attaching a shot of the kid's broccoli bowl I ordered today with the 1.5 pieces of broccoli...
