The worst school I have EVER attended. I have had an issue with this school since the day I transferred. Besides their lack of diversity, they do nothing to assist their students and nothing to ensure that they are having the best college experience. My room was not cleaned over the summer (including the mold that was left on my air unit), they tried to fine me for a book that I had already returned, and they take forever to fix any issue that you have. I would not recommend this institute to my worst enemy. Good luck

It is one of the oldest institutions in Saint Louis and the Mid West. The architecture is very attractive, likewise, the campus is very large.

Beautiful campus and they offer great degree programs. This particular visit was for a football game.

The Goods:

Cultural Diversity Accredited Business Program Wonderful during the Spring and Fall seasons Competent and Experienced Educators Diverse athletic opportunities Good curriculum (Business) Administration is willing to help, to an extent. General population is friendly and open minded.

The Bads:

Winter sucks.

Some dorms don't have air conditioning units. Seriously?.

Work & Learn program can be upsetting.

Networking opportunities are far in between. Once per semester (career fairs)

Overall:

I believe Lindenwood is a good university due to the quality of education one is able to attain. Coming from a third world country, I can deal with the inconviniences that may come along. This isn't a place you go and expect to party every week, or every day, whatever the case may be. One can work around the negative aspects of this university and see how wonderful college life can be in this place. Or it could suck for you, perhaps. You just have to live here to find out.

End note: Most people rate the university 2 or 1 stars due to administration issues, so the score is pretty...

The administration are rude. The student government has no real power to affect policy. The student gov. boast about getting a sand volleyball pit and a commuter meal plan, but the policy didn't change. they only added more options of garbage to choose from. The food is horrible. If you are an international student the food here has no consideration to non-western culture. residents are not allowed to have the opposite sex in their dorms past dark/midnight on or off campus. the campus completely shuts down during government holidays, so if you have homework to do bring your own printer because all access to the library, printers, and computer labs are removed. if you are a transfer student you will not have access to classes that count toward your chosen major, you will be put into classes without regard to your work schedule or vehicle accessibility.

the only positives are the professors. my advisers are caring and helpful towards my academic progress and actually help me succeed though my...

I would give this “University” zero stars if allowed. They were so far behind in the times it was ridiculous. They want to pretend like they are some kind of fine institution but not even a month after I started, I had a professor proposition me for sex. That professor was forced to retire years after I had left. Now they are withholding my transcripts claiming that I owe them money. I was given the run around for two months with no returned phone calls after I had left multiple voicemails. Nobody can seem to explain to me why I owe them money other than the fact that my file says so. I was first told they would have to look into it further and was not contacted again for another month. Finally they said they want their money and when I asked what was found as to why I owe money in the first place they had no explanation. Too bad they will never get another penny of my hard earned money. I will go without my transcripts. My time at Lindenwood is a time I’d rather...
