Our in depth review of Vinny deadlock escape. He was very funny. we enjoyed that he reminded us of Joey Rooney from liv and Maddie our favorite character. His name also reminded us of Vinny hacker, our tik tok crush. He used lots of big vocabulary such as “egregiously” when we took a long time using one of the props (that was out of battery) which added to the experience of feeling like we were being held captive by the government. He made us feel better about ourselves by telling us about the stupid people he had had before us that asked for 32 hints. little did he know we were probably the slowest group he’s ever had. We appreciate his sarcasm. It’s nice to know there are still people that appreciate and recognize the true art behind escape rooms. I would like to think that he enjoyed our fun and inviting dance moves (griddying, floshing, and even a bit of gangdum style) After we went overtime (not our fault, it was the dead guns fault) he was very gracious to give us the opportunity to still take a photo. He put a B for beta (although I would have preferred A for alpha) because we failed to escape in time. He then graciously just wished us a “night” because he reminded us that it is up to us if we have a good one. and we made sure it was. this could have just been a review it is up to you if you make it a good one. Vinny you made it a good one. Thank you Vinny we miss you and you made our experience memorable. We hope you get those 2 dollars you earned it bud. Hope to see you soon, your friends...
Read moreWe have done the prison, annabelle, hijack, and we came back for the christmas "escape the naughty list". We have been to both the Mid Rivers and St. Charles locations and had a good time. The naughty list room was fun but the golf area would not work and the worker had to give us the code. I would name our game master but he did not even introduce himself. The coworkers were arguing when we came in. There were 2 locked already unlocked when we came into the room. At the end, there is part of the room that involves a magnet and the game master, instead of being helpful, said "do you guys know how magnets work". At that point we all just wanted to leave and did not take a photo. All the other times we have had so much fun and great game masters and I am sad to say this guy did put a damper on the experience. We may return but I think we will stick to the Mid Rivers location to avoid another time like this one. It's $100 for the 4 in my group to go so we want to...
Read moreI paid for two tickets to Annabelle one escape room on first capital, and a young man was working tonight. We had a very unpleasant time to say the least. While there he informed up that some things weren’t working. But on top of that we didn’t have a good game master in the slightest he wasn’t walking us thru anything at one point we were in the room with the chairs and book cases and tv and we were in there a good few minutes before he goes on the speaker and tells us we weren’t suppose to be in there and that the door should of been locked. We also took much longer to get thru the game which is fine but it was cause we weren’t being instructed at all and we had the right codes but the locks were sticking. But the worst part is while we were in the room working on the door behind the bookcase that lead to Annabelle we could here the guy worker down stairs talking to his friend on speaker phone about us and calling us dumb and he wants to...
