DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE! Go somewhere else, SPEND MORE MONEY if you have to! They charged me $320 to replace the front and back screen on my phone... Since I got my phone back less than a week ago it has fallen apart 3 different times and when I bring it back to them they are telling me it’s my fault ....it’s in two pieces.!!!.. it was never in two pieces before I brought it to them ; just had broken glass... each time I have brought it back into them they put it back together and tell me it’s good (that shouldn’t happen again now) .... not even 24 hours later, I set it down on the counter and it falls apart again :( ... These guys clearly do not know what they are doing and have very very poor customer service considering the fact that they are telling me this is my fault and I have to handle it myself now -
My phone isn’t just in two pieces, some of my buttons are stuck from them using too much glue, and I also cannot get any of the iPhone 8 cases that are MADE for my phone , to fit it ??? Probably because they never set the screen right . My glass is broken again on both sides because every time it splits back into two pieces , it compromises the strength of the phone and glass I’m beyond disgusted with my choice to take my phone to them , but EVEN more disgusted with how they’ve handled THEIR mistake . Read moreI paid 200 for a new screen. The screen was not put on right and was not sealed all the way which caused a crack. I noticed the phone was not sealed before I left the store. Owner told me to bring it back on another day because he had to order another screen. He said the one they put in must be defected. I brought it back on the day asked and they told me that the there was nothing that they could do and wanted me to pay 150 more. They blamed me for the crack in screen. They have a 30 day warranty. They should of at least honored that and fixed it especially because when I left the store they told me they would fix it since the screen was not on correctly and was THEIR error. I asked for my money back or at least some for causing more issues with my phone and not honoring their end. The owner hung up on me. I will never go back and will tell people to stay away. What they did was very dishonest. I was never told to leave the phone there over the weekend. I was simply asked to bring the phone back on Monday due to them needing to order a part. If I was told to leave the phone with them I would of. The shop claims that they told me to leave the phone with them. That is not true. Again the owner saw the faulty insulation of the screen and insured that he would fix it on Monday upon the part needed to fix it. Unfortunately that is not what happened. Read moreI brought my phone, a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, into APlus cellphone repair because my camera was not working. Howard told me it was either the circuit board or the camera. He said he had a camera for my model phone and that he would install it and test it. He said if It was the motherboard he could not fix it and would only charge me $30.00 for labor. He installed the camera and reported that the camera now worked. He said he would charge me for labor and parts, totaling $95.40, which I paid with my credit card. I walked out of the store, turned on the camera, and received a “camera failed” message. I immediately went back into the store, showed it to Howard. He said “ I can’t believe it, it worked fine before”. Since he didn’t fix the phone I believe I only owed him $30.00 per our agreement. He said “Your fried my camera and I’m sorry you owe me $95.00”. I told him I was going to dispute the credit card charge and he said to me “ I am keeping your phone”. I walked out of the store, without my phone and a bill for $95.40.
