Edit: after four months of consistently being in here weekly, today our usually sales rep sold us the wrong coils even after my wife showed him the device we had even with him being the one who sold it to us and again, us being in there weekly for coils and juice, decided to blame it on my partner not showing the device long enough. This is completely unacceptable and I'll be taking my business to online retail from now on....
