My wife works in the same strip mall as this US Cellular store. Recently, she dropped her phone and the screen shattered, so she said she'd stop at the US Cellular by her work to check out new phones. She tried to go twice on the same day--once on her break around 11am and once when she got off work around 2pm--BOTH times she encountered a locked door with an 'at lunch' sign in the window. She went back the next day when she got off work, which was a bit later than the previous day, about 3pm...the door was locked again, but there was no sign this time. She said she called the store a few times but no one answered. She waited outside for about 10 minutes and then left. Side note: she did get a new phone that second day...just...

Overall good experience. The manager and other employee working were very friendly. My associate was fine. I would have appreciated being talked to about changes in promotions that were available but instead he just wrote it on the contract and asked me to sign without explanation. When I asked I was told why the change occurred. The process for transfer was long and he wasn’t very patient with that. He also complained about putting on the case.
