Recently we had Allen and Adam help with some accessorries for my truck. The install and quality of the job was flawless. Also the pricing was fair. Allen always takes the time to really listen to you. It is apparent that he wants to help you explore all options that may be available, and to help you decide what it is that you want. I've never felt pressured, put off, or annoyed, when I ask the guys a million questions. Today I picked up my RV from ASAP (hence the review). We had Allen install a cargo carrier (which they ended up doing a custom weld job...extending the bumper to the job right). They custom welded a 2" receiver to the back of the cargo rack , so we can take our bikes on a with us. Lastly, Allen built a solar panel and battery system for the RV and I am seriously amazed at the quality of the work they've done. It is obvious that the work they do is second to none. I mean who paints the solar panel connection cables white instead of the black they come in, so you can get several more years of use out of them (the sun corrodes the black cables faster than the white according to Allen). If I could rate this business zero stars I would. Went in asking about an estimate for a basic stereo install with xm. What we got was an estimate for what the guy at the counter felt should be installed instead. When I questioned the person at the counter he got super defensive. When all was said and done the estimate that I was handed was over 1800 dollars and I asked for a basic stereo install with xm. Also when we went to another install business I showed them the estimate and was told a few of the items in the estimate weren't Necessary and they were just trying to screw us. Talk about bad business practices and even worse customer service. If I were you I would go elsewhere. 1800 dollar estimate for something the other place told us would cost 300 to 400 total...

I had been to 4 auto repair places and was told they wouldn't even look at my problem. (2007 Mitsubishi headlight issue - special bulb I guess). Someone finally suggested (at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon) that I try Advanced Sound and Performance. I called and they told me to come right over. He looked at my car as soon as I got there (sorry wish I could remember your name - you were great!). Told me to hold on while he looked for it. Came back with the bulb and installed it - I went to walk in with him to pay and he told me "don't worry about it - we take these out of cars all the time". And presto - the problem I had for literally months that nobody could solve was taken care of - and without cost. I love you ASAP! Thank you so much. That is real...
