Buckle — Local services in Saint George

St. George Buckle is by far my favorite Buckle store. They are all awesome but they are number one Buckle. Not only do they take care of you, they will walk your stuff out to the car if you need help with your bags. They treat you more than just a customer, they make you apart of the Buckle family. I do see reviews on “ expensive“ if you tell them to only show you jeans in your budget that’s what they will do. I always purchase the more affordable jeans like BLK or KanKan high quality jeans and last forever. Same with outfits. You just got to tell them. I did a sub for Santa and that’s exactly what I did. I stayed within my budget and got about 4 outfits each plus each of them got two pair of shoes. Even when my family comes down to visit (buckle lovers too) they notice a huge difference about St. George compared to other stores, or any store. I will only shop here. Makes shopping fun and they style my outfits 3 different ways if I ask. Oh, and you can tell them “Hell, No that’s ugly” and they don’t get offended. They move on to the next option. I actually hate going here because they always try to sell you clothes you don't need. I also hate shopping and just don't want to do it, so I also like going here because they are so helpful. (I know, I know). But my last visit here, was exceptional!! October 12,2022, I went in (very reluctantly) as I needed new jeans. I recently lost some weight so I had no idea what size I was. I was greeted by a sales associate (I already had picked a couple pairs of jeans) and she immediately said "you are definitely not a 30 or 31" I said "have any idea what size I might be?" and she said she thought I'd be a 27. She was spot on, got me a pair of 27's that fit perfectly. She also gave me a couple other pairs to try, but never tried to sell me on anything else (which was soooooo nice). She was incredibly sensitive with me, as she could see I was not in my realm. She made me feel so comfortable and complimented me. Her name was Austin, and if I go here again, I hope she is working because she made the "dreaded" shopping experience absolutely wonderful. I ended up with 2 pairs of jeans and nothing else. very disappointed with the service here . i was sold a defect item and asked if i could receive a discount for said product or if they could see if there was a duplicate in the back . they did not check their inventory and offered me a $5 discount on a $60 product ... the manager whom i was speaking to said they would give a 10-20% discount on items that had defects . when i asked to receive the 20% discount she had mentioned she said she could only discount the item $5 despite her previous offering of 20% . i declined the $5 discount and was disappointed that i had to return the item and leave empty handed . i will not be shopping at this location again because of this terrible experience . the manager handed me off to a new employee at the cashier register and wouldn’t even see through the rest of the process . i was also laughed at as i returned the item and left the store by the manager and other employees she was talking to after i requested to...
