Iâve never personally bought anything from the Sixteen Store, but I was checking it out and honestly... the prices are crazy high. The clothes look really nice, but itâs kinda disappointing that they cost so much. Most of their fans are kids or teenagers who definitely donât have that kind of money to spend on clothes like that.
I get that merch can be a bit pricey, but this just feels way too over the top. It would be really cool if they made their stuff more affordable so everyone could have a chance to buy something. Iâm sure they still make a lot of money from YouTube and everything, so itâs not like theyâd lose anything by lowering the prices a bit.

I wasnât there with them but told them to ask the store to exchange it. She showed the employee and asked to trade it. They said they âdonât do exhanges or returnsâ. Iâm surprised at that. But, I do understand that this wasnât their fault. I also am very familiar personally with retail and customer satisfaction policies. There is absolutely no excuse for a clothing store, especially an online dropshipping one with access to countless manufacturers, to only carry sizes small, medium and large. If you can offer 50 variations of the same micro-trend top (google lens any of the photos on the website - they are all from other stores) you can offer extended sizing. Itâs frustrating, exclusionary, and frankly embarrassing for any retailer to act like bodies over a size 12 are some kind of anomaly.
