Return policy is a joke. Wife purchased a shirt recently. The purchase was made with cash. She changed her mind and decided she did not want it. The tags were never removed, and the shirt never worn. When she tried to return it, she was told that they would not refund her money (apparently greedy company policy). She was offered in-store credit, but this interaction killed any desire to shop in this store, so the credit is really worthless (probably what the store is looking for, they will likely put the shirt right back on the shelf and double their profits). DO NOT shop here if there is chance you might change your mind or possibly find something you like better some place else. Buyer be extremely Beware, once they have their hands on your hard earned money, it is gone forever. Needless to say, this is was the last time we will ever shop here. We will have to call the lost money an educational expense. We learned this is a terrible place to do business. There are plenty of other stores who understand customer service and that occasionally refunding people's money can mean more business in...
Read moreMy daughter & I were traveling back home to Colorado from California and decided to cut our 12 hour drive in half by staying in St George for the night. While there, we visited the Red Cliffs Mall where we happened upon this chic little boutique. I bought the cutest top for myself but when we got back to our hotel, I discovered that the security tag had not been removed. I called just before 6 pm and thankfully the mall was open until 9 pm. So I drove back to have it removed and the sales girls were so apologetic and sweet. Willow and the other girl (can’t believe I’m blanking on her name because she was just the sweetest) kept saying how sorry they were and I reassured them it was fine, but Willow hooked me up anyway and gave me several 20% off coupons to use. As I was standing at the register I noticed the cutest necklaces with a single letter initial so I bought an “R” and a “K” for my daughter and I to commemorate our mother/daughter road trip, and Willow took 20% off those too. I highly recommend Bohme for the...
Read moreI make all my purchases online because I am out of state and unfortunately this is the worst way to buy their clothing. There are no "benefits" to being an online consumer. In fact you pay more and have to interact with terrible customer service representative. I have spent close to $700 in a short period of time and they did not acknowledge the loyalty. If fact, I have to pay for a "restocking fee" if something doesn't fit, I had to reach out to customer service when I purchased an item that was never shipped after waiting ten days, when they list "over night shipping" it really means "when we get to it", I recently returned an item which they have acknowledge via email but eight days later I have yet to receive my return and according to them will not be at 100%. I have left my feedback in numerous places and even asked to speak to a manager to rectify my issues but no one has reach out. I will be taking my loyalty and...
