I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY WITH THE DOLLAR GENERAL MANAGER OF THE STORE.I BELIEVE THERE'S ALOT OF PEOPLE AGREEING WITH ME AROUND THE COMMUNITY.
I WENT TODAY TO PURCHASE FOOD TO KEEP MYSELF HYDRATED THROUGHOUT THE DAY WHILE STUDYING FOR THE MILITARY ENTRANCE EXAM.
IN THE LIBRARY THAT I GO ON A DAILY BASIS FOR THE PAST DAYS I HAVE BEEN IN TOWN. I AM A HUMBLE HUMAN BEING THAT IS TRYING TO FIT ALONG WITH THE COMMUNITY. I HAD LOST MY EBT CARD & PREVIOUS DAYS THEY HAVE BEEN ASSISTING ME WITH MY EBT CARD TO PAY MANUALLY TO BUY SNACKS.
WELL, TODAY WASN'T ONE OF THOSE DAYS. BUT I AS A CUSTOMER UNDERSTAND. THINGS GOT A LITTLE TENSE WHEN SHE ACTED DISRESPECTFUL BY SAYING THAT I SHOULD'VE HAD THE CARD BEFORE COMING INTO THE STORE.
WELL YOUNG LADY. EVERYONE HAS GOOD DAYS, BAD DAYS & TERRIBLE DAYS. IF MINE IS NOT GOING WELL WHY WOULD I COME OUT OF CONTEXT & DISRESPECT YOU ON THE SAME LEVEL.
I HOPE THE OWNER IS WATCHING THIS REVIEW. BECAUSE, IT MEANS A LOT. IF CUSTOMERS DON'T BUY YOUR BUSINESS FRANCHISE AIN'T MAKING MONEY. WE CUSTOMERS ARE TO BE TREATING WITH TLC (TREATMENT LOVE & CARE).
I CAME BACK INTO THE STORE TO LET YOUR GENERAL MANAGER KNOW THAT YOUR STORE WILL BE IN THE LINKEDIN PLATFORM ACCOUNT POSTED AS BAD REVIEW IN WHICH I TEND TO HAVE ONE FOR THE TOP COOPERATES.NOTHING THREATENING NOR ANY KIND OF WRONG ON MY END WAS DONE.YOUR MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT.
WHEN BUSINESS OWNERS LIKE YOURSELF TEND TO COMMUNICATE WE HAVE A PLATFORM FOR ISSUES. BUT I WASN'T ABLE TO FIND YOU ON THE LINKEDIN PLATFORM ACCOUNT.
YOUR GENERAL MANAGER HAS NOT BEEN POLITE. THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS.

Read moreI was just in there a few minutes ago, and I was not happy at all with them! The cashier was very rude and lied to me. I went in and asked if they were hiring, and she Plain right told me with an attitude no I'm not. They clearly had a sign on there door saying they were. She also barked at me for not wearing a mask. Sorry "not sorry" I am a human being not a robot! And i don't life my life in "fear" and being told what to do. I have a mind of my own and I know what's best for me thank you very much.. Business don't have to do this!! Almost all of bussiness here are being such cowards grow a pair and stand up for yourself and this BS!! I think she lied because I honestly think she turned me down right away just cause I wasn't wearing one which is and should be totally illegal!!! I will never support this business most places "claim" you have to wear one and for the most part they don't confront you at all and leave it alone. But for me to be barked at just for even one step in!? Is unacceptable.. My family, friends, and I will never be back here ever again..Thanks for letting the government take over brainwashing all of you and helping destroy our nation!!! Never...
Read moreMy husband was just there to shop. He was chatting on the phone with me, when an employee came up to him. This said employee started yelling about how he needs to wear a mask and proceeded to kick him out. All the while, my husband was trying to explain he had one in the car and would get it.
It caught my husband off guard, was very rude, and management was trying to wave off the employee like he wasn't.
I usually don't give bad reviews, and understand that there is a pandemic, but forcing someone and getting up in their face when they're obviously busy is still horrendous customer service - even during a pandemic and crisis. I'm aware of this because I used to work in retail myself. That is not how you handle any kind of situation. I hope management trains all of the employees better in the future. We have been going here for a year and a half, and before this mandated mask wearing, everything was fine.
My husband had a mask in the car, he would have retrieved it easily.
Instead, we plan to not shop...
