Mattress Store "Voted Best Of Southern Utah" — Hotel in Saint George

I first talked on the phone with Justin at the Mattress Store to ask what my rights were as a consumer of another St. George discount mattress store. He was very helpful and explained my options without making a judgment as to the right or wrong of it. As a result of his helpfulness, I went to his store and ended up buying a bed and furniture to go with it. I appreciated his straightforward interactions with my husband and me and I thought his staff was great when they delivered and put together the stuff I bought. I had a problem with one of the items and it had to be replaced, which was done without any problem at all. I was surprised when the nightstands I bought turned out to be less expensive even than they were "on sale" for in the store. I bought a bed and frame here a few months ago. I was happy but not completely satisfied with the set up, it would rock and was not to sturdy. I did buy a cheap frame with a nice head board so I know that it was partly my bad. I called Ricky and told him two months ago but I was so busy did not have time to come in. I called recently and Justin answered and helped me understand how my bed could be more sturdy and to upgrade a few things to go with the head board. It as past the 90 days. We bought a bunk bed for our girls and needed new mattresses that fitted the new bunk bed. This was the first experience we had buying a mattress from the Mattress Store. Justin was able to offer us a very fair price. He even suggested a thinner mattress on the top so it didn't sit too high and create a safety hazard. I love that he considered the safety of our children over selling us another thicker, more expensive mattress for the top bunk like the one we bought for the bottom bunk.
