Zero stars!! As other reviews have mentioned Ashley the dyslexic tech is the worst excuse for an employee Iâve ever encountered. She was rude, accusatory, condescending and canât count correctly. I asked to get my sleep med refilled before I left town for a week (on a Friday), she told me I had to wait until Saturday because it was too soon. I argued that Friday was only a day early and it could in fact be filled that day. She rudely asked me if I was taking my med as prescribed. I said yes and then explained to her again how I was leaving town for a week and would run out while I was gone. She told me that Iâd have to call my Dr and have him call in a new prescription to a pharmacy where I was vacationing because she absolutely couldnât legally fill my prescription by Friday. I leave town on Friday and an hour later I get a text saying my prescription had been filled and was ready for pickup. I now couldnât fill any new prescription because this one had been filled. I called and explained what had happened with rude Ashley and this staff says âOh yeah, she miscounted the days, we were able to fill it for you todayâ. Why is Ashley still working there? How hard up is this place for employees that someone with the learning disabilities and terrible customer service skills as Ashley is still working there?? I will NEVER use this...
Read moreHands-down the worst pharmacy Iâve ever been to I am from out of state and I had a need a prescription and I went through the drive-through. The lady is clearly dyslexic because she could not find my prescription. I asked her the exact address and she said oh no, it is the other one in Saint George, this was not the case because I really looked at the script. I turned around and I asked her what her store number was which is the exact store number. Thatâs forward when they cannot find my prescription and I had proof of a fax she stated the fax machine and the Internet was down for several hours and this happened to other people. I feel like thatâs what she shouldâve started with when we couldnât my find my prescription in the first place she basically told me thereâs nothing she could do even though I had my doctor on the phone with me several hours after her office closed, I then asked her if they would give me a call and she repeated my number but two of the numbers were mixed up. I corrected her and she said oh yes, so what I am saying is I think this person might have a dyslexia challenge, and probably shouldnât be the person at the window working with names and addresses and phone numbers and prescriptions overall update I still donât have...
Read moreThe Dr I saw sent my Rx to Walgreens on Bluff/Blvd NOT THIS STORE, because it showed online the pharmacy was open until 10. So I ran over there, got there at 9:10. I walked up to the pharmacy (as they were checking out a customer) and they said, "ma'am we are closed, he is our last customer" I explained that my Dr office is now closed and they sent the Rx over here because it said online they are open. I told them I really need the Rx for my baby. They said, "sorry we close at 9 and it's now 9:15" and they closed the window garage door in my face! I was furious!
I came to this Walgreens and explained what happened and asked if they could transfer the Rx to this location. The guy that helped me was very kind, he apologized for the behavior of the employees at the other store. He got my Rx right away. I will ONLY come to...
