Ordered a Sectional last year that was special order and takes about 4 months to get here. When they delivered it the first time they scraped the leather off a couple pieces by grinding them against the concrete when they were un-packaging out in my driveway. They re-ordered 2 pieces it came in and the leather doesn't match and someone had written on back of one the pieces with marker or something and I discovered on the couch piece from the original delivery it had been dropped or something, the back was very loose. They supposedly re-ordered the entire 4-piece sectional. I get a call from the manager saying 2 pieces were in, which was strange to me since it should be 4 and from the same leather dye lot, which I am guessing they never ordered the entire sectional. I had asked her for the invoice showing it was re-ordered and she's never sent them to me, always an excuse. Our last conversation was they would be in Mid-June. I called 6/30/2025 oh and they just got to their Denver warehouse, shocking. I explained to her if they were not of the same dye lot and had any issues they could pick it up and refund my money. This has gone on over a year. I feel I have been very patient. I was explaining to her all that has happened over a year and my frustration and she was rude and just said she would pick it up and refund my money. They should have done that last year when I asked them. I am guessing they didn't order the entire sectional like they should have. Read moreFurniture sales are a cutthroat business and dealing with multiple salespeople from multiple stores in the area sucked, for the lack of a better word. Came here about 90 minutes before they closed. I guess after dealing with the other furniture stores I figured 90 minutes was enough time to look around and being able to get out without having to feel pressured to buy something.
Frankly I wish we came sooner. The experience was great. We were greeted immediately, asked if we needed help and when I said we were just looking around she said (don't remember her name) to ask for help if we had questions. Perfect. Found exactly what we wanted in their clearance section and bought it and picked it up a couple of days later. We love the loveseat and it was such a great deal. It was marked down so much (about 75%) and it only needed a power cord which I bought from amazon for $20 and now it works and looks like new. Rented a truck from Home Depot for $19 and brought it home myself (saved $130 delivery fee to go 4 miles) and had zero issues with any of their employees. They wrapped it in plastic and taped it up and even loaded it into the rental truck.
Overall, highly recommended. On a side note, I also talked with the gentleman at the mattress portion and he was really good to talk to. Ultimately we went with another store for a better price on the same mattress, but I'll definitely consider them when we upgrade...
Read moreWe have had great service from Christopher Shepard, Manager, and also Assistant Manager, Gage Kottwitz throughout the sales process in purchasing a recently returned, Natasha Beauty Rest Black Mattress. Christopher spent extra time with us on our return visit to answer all of our questions and satisfy any concerns we had prior to the delivery, which took about 5 days.
They have offered us a 90-day return policy on the mattress and gave us a discount on the Bedworks Grand Vitae pillows, which we love.
Unfortunately, when the delivery drivers came, the mattress was incredibly heavy and trying to manage it down our hall-way they didn't see our hall lighting fixture and the mattress hit it and broke it. Christopher called us that same day to apologize and let us know that the legal department would be reviewing the photos of the broken fixture and would be in touch with me within a few days to arrange a replacement. I have contacted the lighting company and emailed photos and info to them, as well as Furniture Row, so I expect a complete resolve to this issue very soon.
