Terrible customer service. Google maps said the lobby was open until 10:00 PM and we arrived at 9:55. We went into the lobby and they informed us that the lobby closed at 9. One of the employees pointed at the door and said the sign said 9, so I politely said “oh google maps said 10:00 , we’ll go through the drive thru.” So we’re in the drive thru along with a few cars in front of us. We get to the order spot and wait for about 5 minutes and no one would take our order or say anything to us. So we drive forward toward the window. They are still serving the cars in front of us. They then turn off the outside lights. We still assume they will serve us because they were still serving two cars in front of us. When we finally get to the window an employee looks at us and turns and walks away. He didn’t say anything to us and ignores us, as well as a few other employees. They knew we there but continued to ignore us. After about a minute we honked. They still ignored us. After a second honk, finally a young lady came and asked what the problem was. It was obvious what we were there for and she had the gall to say “what’s the problem?” Unbelievable. She said we’re closed and couldn’t serve us. We asked nicely why they wouldn’t let us know, and the fact that they served the car in front of us, and then ignored us. We also asked why she was blatantly ignoring us, and she had no answer. You would think that they would have come on the speaker while we were waiting there for five minutes and let us know they could not serve us. It was so rude. Read moreIf I could give a zero I would. I ordered a round ice cream cake with Yoda on it for a birthday. I print screened the order and it said I would receive an email. I didn’t see an email and I wasn’t sure if I typed it in wrong or if something was wrong, so I called the store. A man answered and looked up the order and repeated my order number back to me and I said yes that is it. He then confirmed the pickup day and time and said it would be ready. I go tonight to pick it up. A young woman tries to help me first and brings out a square cake. I said that’s not it, it’s a round Yoda cake. She says she can’t find it. A young man comes out and I tell him I verified with the store. I didn’t get a name, but said he sounded older. He goes in the back and is gone awhile. I start to lose patience, but then decide they are hurrying and making my cake. He finally comes back out with no cake and says with total indifference it’s not back there and there is no one that can decorate, sorry. He then proceeds to tell me how he usually checks the emails for cakes, but wasn’t here Wednesday. I remind him someone got it, because I had called and confirmed. “Really”? He says in surprise. Did he not remember our conversation 15-20 minutes ago? There is no excuse why the cake should not have been ready, when I called and confirmed with the store they got the order. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. This is what you call a large fry?? And look at this blizzard… My husband and I went into this DQ and ordered 3 items. We were the only ones inside at the time. We waited a good 15 minutes before our number was called. We decided to get it to go since our son was crying. We got home and noticed our large fry was cold and it wasn’t even filled up all of the way…. The blizzard was dripping down the cup and wasn’t even mixed all of the way. We live like 5 minutes away so there’s no way our fries would have already been cold and our blizzard already melted. Makes me think our items were ready and just sitting before they called out our number… I’m not looking to get anything for free and it’s on us for not checking the food before we left. But why should I have to check and make sure my food is correct EVERY TIME! It should just be correct to begin with. It just sucks that this is how customer service has turned into. We are paying more money for terrible quality. We called and asked for a manger to let them know they need to step up their game, but lo and behold there was no manager on shift…. We will never be back to this location and I advise everyone else to stay away from this location until something changes.
