Burger King — Restaurant in Saint George

I will never eat at another burger king period, anywhere, because of the horrible customer service I received at this store.

There were two groups of people ahead me, and it took awhile for someone to come over to take their order. When I was up, I ordered a double whopper meal. The lady gave me a receipt and my drink cup

The soda machine wasn't working so I had to wait until someone behind the counter noticed me. Then they only gave me ice. When I told them the machine wasn't working at all, they finally filled my cup with soda.

They announced an order number and I looked at the receipt they gave me to see if it was my number and discovered the receipt was not for my order.

So up to the counter I went again. This time no one even bothered to help me. When one of the emplyoyees came closer, I asked to speak to a manager. No response. When I asked for a manager again in a louder voice, another employee said they were busy, and ignored me. I asked again for a manager in a louder voice and a woman came out from the office to see what I wanted.

I told her the receipt they gave me was not for my order and she finally gave me the correct receipt. Then I asked for a refund, which she did give me.

I guess once they have your payment, that's all that matters to them. They obviously don't want to hear if a customer has an problem,

So, this store not only lost a sale, they lost all future business for any burger king. Maybe burger king will give them a plaque for bad...

I’m a bit frustrated I got off work and was tired and didn’t want to make food so I went to Burger King as I’m a vegetarian and most fast food places my only option would be sides. So I ordered an impossible king whopper with cheese and extra pickles. The girl ringing me and my boyfriend up rung it up as just a regular impossible whopper with heavy pickles. I am 100% positive I said it right and my boyfriend also is sure I said the right thing. I didn’t check the wrapper because I was hungry and trust Burger King as it’s pretty much the only fast food place I eat at and they usually don’t make a mistake besides forgetting to add cheese hense why I clarified. I took several bites before I realized something tasted off and looked at the receipt and then at the wrapper and my boyfriend had to go up to inform them of their mistake which they did go on to replace it with an impossible whopper while I was throwing up in their bathroom. I haven’t eaten meat in 6 years and because I made the mistake of trusting my order wouldn’t be messed up I ate meat I threw it up because not only did thinking about what I just did make me feel sick but I could physically get sick from eating meat as I literally haven’t in years and my body isn’t used to it. We ordered while on our way back from the sandhollow reservoir, ordered about 20 or so minutes before arriving. Pick up time was 5:30, arrived at 5:30. Sat at drive through saying hello for 10 minutes with no response, went in and asked about my order, girl at register said it wasn't done, I asked how long does she thinking she said ummm.. and turned around and started talking casually with the other employees for about 5 minutes while we just waited for a response then she turns around and said "we can t guarantee a time, sorry" and so we sat and waited, watched as a lady was making our burgers. Finally at :52 our order was ready, they forgot we had drinks and we fed to remind them, we asked for 6 zesty sauces (ordered 6 burgers and lots of other food) and guy rolled his eyes and handed us 3. As my husband was getting the drinks, I had the food at the table by the door and the woman who just made our food walked by and smiled and then went into the women's restroom and loudly started vomiting for about three minutes until we left feeling nauseous and afraid to eat our food as she touched and made all the sandwiches.
