My experience was an experience to say the least. I got there at 7:00 AM just for the free Lego. It turns out there were people camping in line from the day prior. That seems very unfair that that was allowed. I waited for 3 hours with my friends just to wait even longer to enter the store. 30 minutes before the site opened there was a drunk man banging on the door to let him in. Then what I assumed to be the owner gave out free gift cards to the cafe next door. The intoxicated fellow proceeded to bang on the door at opening time and flailed his arms. When I got in I was mind blown by how many Legos there were. It was a great store and I would love to come back. When I selected 2 Iron man minifigures I was very pleased. When purchasing the minifigures there were multiple inconveniences. They rang up the price wrong by an extra 5 dollars. There also was a very slow register which was understandable for it being the first day. When looking at my iron man minifigures on the ride back I noticed that the iron man minifigures were incorrectly built together. One iron man had the wrong head and was yellow and not remotely close to Tony stark. The other had missing iron man armor on the back. I’m assuming this is just because of the first day but in future trips I will critique this place harder becuase it will be open longer. Good experience with bad...
Read more6 months new to Michigan and now I get a Bricks & Minifig store closer to home. Already been in a number of times and I couldn’t be happier on the amount of sets, builds to the amazing customer service I’ve experienced with each visit. Lots of cool minifigs which are so addicting to collect among the accessories to build your own. The bulk bins are overflowing with all the pieces you can think of to build your own personal Lego creation. Another cool feature to this shop is if you have kids who love legos they can help you celebrate a birthday to make it extra fun and memorable. Again, absolutely everything about this business including the owners being extremely helpful and professional to their employees who go out of their way to help, just simply amazing! Cierra who greets me with a smile on each visit and Santiago who gets things down for me so I can take a closer look at the builds, I can go on and on. All the employees are a part of this 5 star review as nobody is left out. Keep up the great work and Until next time, thank you and don’t Lego of this...
Read moreGreat experience, even better surprise! My visit to the store was a great experience from start to finish. I went in with a large collection of used LEGOs that my daughters no longer play with, hoping to get a little cash for them. The team was incredibly polite and walked me through the entire process. I honestly had no idea what to expect in terms of value, but I was not anticipating much. After they reviewed all my LEGOs, I was shocked when they offered me close to $200! This was a pleasant surprise and more than enough to buy one of the largest LEGO sets they had in the store that Saturday. This store is a fantastic place for both kids and adult LEGO fans. They have a huge variety of pieces, including some retired sets like the Black Pearl from Pirates of the Caribbean, which was really cool to see. Whether you're looking to sell your old collection, find a specific piece, or reconnect with your childhood, I highly recommend checking them out. It's a great spot to find unique sets to display in your...
