I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Hut in St. Joseph, Michigan, and it was a remarkable experience. It had been years since my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements in both the food and service!

The food was quite enjoyable! While the pizza was consistently good, I must say the wings were exceptional! Initially, I had some reservations about the price, but those wings turned out to be worth every penny. They were a hit with both adults and children alike.

The service also stood out. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant dining atmosphere. I truly appreciated their kindness throughout my visit.

Atmosphere: As for the ambiance, it was just what I needed. The restaurant maintained a quiet and clean environment, complemented by nice decor. A clean restaurant is always a plus in my book!

We waited 40 min to get our drink order, forgot my drink, and Emilios beer. Didn't ask what type of pizza we wanted, got an attitude when we told her what we wanted, took another 30 min to get the right food order. My mom ordered cinnamon pies, and they brought her garlic ranch instead of icing, and argued it was icing. Didn't ask what refills we wanted, haven't brought us plates yet, and didn't even try to fix any issues we had. We've been here an hour and a half and just got our food.

We will not be back here, and will not recommend this place to anyone to come here.

Manager Bryce is very rude and disrespectful. Placed order at 7:02. 8:45 comes around and still nothing. Call to get an update and Bryce picks up the phone and claims he was just about to call me(over an hour and a half later, double the order time) to tell us we can come pickup our food because the driver had a medical emergency. I proceeded to explain it had been almost 2 hours and he he just hangs up on me.
