LET ME TELL YOU - these gentlemen go above and beyond! My family & I are moving back to the area and learned that our rental home wasn't furnished with a stove. After being cancelled on by Home Depot on my order, I started to panic as I'll be moving into the home in three days!
I called Riley's and spoke with Chris - after hearing my sob story [lol] he let me know that he had what I was looking for - had actually just gotten it in the store the day before. He learned of the urgency of my situation and put all other work aside to ready this stove for us; making sure it was in working order and cleaned inside & out.
Not only is the customer service impeccable; but the price for the item was 1/2 of what I was looking to buy new, of same quality and about $100 cheaper than a competitor company in town.

I was prepared to pay for a new oven, but when I told them what the problem was with my current oven, they inquired further and offered their expertise on what the technical problem is and how it could be fixed. We immediately set up a time for a technician to come over and fix the problem (in this case, replacing the oven’s lower heating element). The technician, John, was quick and successful in doing so. Their professionalism and courtesy saved me time and hundreds of dollars because they fixed my current oven rather than allowing me to buy a new one for the sake of profit. I bought a range there not even 2 hours ago. I needed to convert it from nature gas to LP. the store associate knew that, they even gave me the LP kit. they sold me a stove that had corroded screws in the burner caps so I cant even access the orifices to convert it. I called the store back and they wont take back the range because their associate dropped it while loading it into my car.
