I highly recommend downloading their App and signing up for "Text Offers. You order on App at home or wherever, with device u ordered on head to picked Location, pull into a stall, get device out tap on red button at bottom right corner of App that says "CHECK IN" Enter stall number message pops up "Hello, SO & SO, Order is in kitchen being prepared" usually 5min after message pops up on stall screen "SO & SO IS ON THEIR WAY WITH YOUR ORDER". When ordering most drinks with App, not included with Combo's, they are 1/2 price all day long not just at HAPPY HOUR. I order a lot of ROUTE 44's for hubby and myself and depending on kind of drink 2 run $3 to $4.50. I have Never been to this sonic and had a good experience. I truly wish it was not the only one on my way home.. 9 out of 10 times you can guarantee your order will be wrong. Longest wait time in the drive-through you will ever have. Tonight for what is honestly the 10th or 11th time I sat in the drive-through for 15 plus minutes at the speaker with no one saying ANYTHING but this time watched 2 other cars at the pull in option have their call answered while the whole line just sat there. 3 customers behind me asked if anyone had said anything when I told them no all 4 cars including mine simply left. Obviously Sonic nor the mangement team care about the customer at this location. 0 if I could!!! Have been this location several times few years ago was decent. Past year service and food quality has DRASTICALLY declined!! Just gave them last visit! HORRIBLE! Went thru drive thru ordered 2 drinks 2 breakfast sandwiches at 814. Sat behind a van for 5 minutes that had 1 drink and small bag come out. Got to window Cheyenne took money right away handed food within few minutes after giving my change. Then disappeared finally saw her as she was carrying drinks and food out to car in lot. I'm still waiting ony drinks!! 831 I finally get drinks!!! Get to destination few minutes away, bread on sandwiches hard and burnt sausages overcooked hard and chewy threw out food. What a waste of time and money!! AVOID this location!!!!!! This was not first time in past year service...
