Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

Have been here 3 times now and I am not one to leave a bad review after one bad service because people have off days and I understand that. The first experience was being in the drive threw line for over an hour. If you have been to this location you will know that once you get in the line there are curbs on both sides so you can't leave. The second experience was them being rude at the window . And as we just now cancelled our order because they didn't have the triple truffle shake they have advertised and only carried a limited amount of food so it wasn't worth the visit. If you want a great dairy queen experience I would visit the kc dairy queens or the smaller ones in st.joe. Yesterday was the first time I ordered lunch at this location, I usually just get ice cream. I ran inside to grab a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich that I have enjoyed at several different DQ's. I looked at the picture on the menu and asked if it had a peppery seasoning on it now, the girl even answered, “It's grilled, so I don't think so". It's SUPPOSED to be "GRILLED"!! Not Microwaved chicken & they Microwaved the WHOLE sandwich, lettuce, tomato & bun. Ciabatta bun is supposed to be a hard crust, soft center NOT a soggy, chewy microwave mess. This is the worst!!! Furst they took their time, acting like we weren't standing there ready to order. The people in front of us tried to get their attention atleast 6 times and they got ignored. The employees were rude and disrespectful! And had to tell them 3 times are order was to go, and that we wanted a smoothie not a shake twice and in the end still left with a strawberry shake instead of a strawberry banana smoothie.
