I will never shop at this store again nemo (Nicole the manger) has racially profiled me on 3 occasions once when I wanted to open a credit card stated I couldn’t 2nd a price match lastly a Walmart price match she says her gun can’t pull up the items or the system is down ? EVERYTIME? Today I had enough and called her out on her bluff and she tried walking away saying she wasn’t going to change it I asked for her manger and she laughed said she was the manger and walked away I fallowed asking for corporates number and her name then a Jenelle walked up in my bubble saying is there a problem I said yes I want her name and number to contact corporate she quickly said don’t hit me get ur hands out her face ? I literally pointed to the left of me at Nicole smh she then had security and staff by her I was told I needed to leave the store ? Ummm no because you guys are wrong and fell uncomfortable? I pulled up the Walmart app and showed them they did not care Jennel gave me the wrong number to district and a wrong name I went to customer service and they gave me correct name and number of the ladies I also was watched by security he asked what the problem was I told him and was just looked at ? Customer service said item was able to be price matched and apologized for what happened I never got a sorry from either ladies or security but was looked at by guest like I was the problem and wrong I feel they racially profiled me because if I was of white skin I wouldn’t of been a threat and would of been treated correctly. I was treated poorly and talked to aggressively I called corporate and they apologized and said they would price match. Please avoid this place at all costs. If I can give this place zero stars then I would. St. Louis Park target is much better than this place. Horrible management at this location. This store management will discriminate you. The Team lead (Don't know the name but he was a Black guy) and his boss nicole blonde head lady are poor of an excuse management that will not help customer solve issues that is due to target own fault. I had a promotion to get a free item when I purchase this item. But this item was at a different store in which I have already purchase to pick up but that store didn't have that free item so it didn't make sense for me to grab that item and come back to this store. So, I asked for help to see if they can do something and was tossed around with mixed information. The team lead (Black guy) then tells me that I need to grab that item first from the other location before they can give me the free item so that I don't steal a free item worth less than $30 from them. Then make me wait to bring back his manager nicole to tell me no, I can't even do that and that I needed to call target for help. They even have the nerves to look at me as if I was a thieve trying to scam. No common sense thieve would bother asking for help if they were going to steal. Plus, if they were just going to waste my time then send me on my way instead of wasting my time. Read moreToday (June 9th 2022) at around 4:51 pm, I was with my wife (she wears Hijab) waiting in a queue at register #16, all the customers before us were treated good, happily and calmly. Once we reached our turn, having with us shampoo rinser, brioche, yogurt, bubble gum, and a baby bathtub. I wanted to leave the bathtub till the end because I wanted to ask him if they can price match it.. Kephar the cashier wanted to scan the bath tub first, I told him I'm gonna give you the barcode from target app (wallet), he said I'll do it in the end.. I told him I need to ask you a question before scanning the bath tub about the price match policy, but he didn't bother to look at my phone where I was pointing to show him the site to price match to and was ignoring what I was saying he just said "Yeah I got it from the first time.." and he price matched it on the system. When he scanned everything else, and before me even paying (it is still my turn in the register) I told him I just wanted to ask you for the next time will it work if I scanned the barcode (from the app) at first (before scanning the items) In the self checkout or it won't give me the coupon/savings if I did that.. he cut me off and said "You told me at first that you wanted to ask me a question at the beginning (which was about the price matching) and I answered, now I need you please to stand aside pay and leave, thank you and have a good day.." It was such a terrible experience I had today and it'll be the last time for me shopping at your stores..
