Do not shop at the Rainbow Clothing store at Sunray. The Worst Customer service ever, from a lady who claimed to be the Owner. I was shopping for some birthday day clothes for my Daughter. When I went in, I found something I could get for her. I approached the Counter, and saw this lady stocking some jewelries away behind the cash register. After I waited for awhile, I let her know that I needed some help checking out, because she seemed to be oblivious to my presence. Even though I know she'd seen me. She turned and Said, " Choose the print only, without letting me know what she meant. I looked at the point of sale, and saw the print only receipt sign option and punched it in. The second time she spoke, it was again when she said"Choose the second option," with an authoritative and unfriendly voice followed by a bad body language. Now, I knew she wanted me to look at the point sale again. Which I did. Then when I was leaving, she said something like, " Enjoy," I was not sure she was even talking to me; Until, she said, " SOME PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE." I turned, and saw she meant me. So I asked her if I was rude, then what would she consider her behavior and herself. I reminded her that when I came in, and had to wait, then call her for help. She didn't seemed bothered, even though, she knew I was and had been standing there for quite awhile, and she won't equally greet me. She said, "Get Out of my Store. I asked her if it were her store, she said yes! Then I retorted that, if indeed she was the owner, I won't recommend her owning anything dealing with the public. Do not shop here. Read moreI have NEVER written a bad review before.. EVER, but this store in particular is ALL kinds of wrong. There is NO customer service here, NONE!! No one greeted me, girl up front was too busy flirting with the security guard. No one asked if I needed assistance with anything, it's like ghost town in there. I came to shop for a whole new wardrobe; meaning clothes for work, parties, spring clothes, summer clothes etc. I wanted to spend MONEY!!! I found my way to the fitting room to try on all these clothes that I plan to buy. No one at the fitting room. Again, ghost town. Finally found someone and I asked kindly if I can get in the fitting room. She replies, "I can't." Why not, I asked. She than says, "The fitting rooms are closed til tomorrow evening because someone took the keys home." REALLY????!!!! THAT'S YOUR EXCUSE??? TELL THAT PERSON TO BRING IT BACK!!! I've never heard such a messed up story. I've worked in retail before and is common sense to have a back up key, let alone tell that person to bring the key back; it's a JOB!!! How stupid and irresponsible can you be??? You rather lose paying customers by closing the fitting rooms than have an idiot bring the key back?? She had the worst attitude and rolled her eyes when I had something to say about it. That's when I became rude and told her off. I dropped all the clothes I was going to buy and walked out. Read moreJUST DON'T! NO!!! This store is an absolute joke. I wish I had read all the reviews before stepping foot in this location. I had the WORST and most bizarre customer service experience ever. I attempted to return some things I purchased online. The website clearly states you can return to stores...."Easily". I went into the store and there were 5 employees standing around talking while one cashier dealt with a long line on her own. I gave her a paper invoice that came with my order, and showed her 2 confirmation emails showing my order. She asked another employee for help I gave that employee my paper invoice and she told me to download an app. When that turned out to be a dead end she turned to a manager and asked for help with the return. She told the manager some things didn't have tags and he procedeed to yell "why don't you have tags?" at me. and I said "I didn't get tags on some things". and he shouted "No tags! No returns! Call the number!" and walked away. He spent zero minutes trying to resolve the issue, He didn't even look at what I brought. If he had he would've noticed that some items were unopened still in plastic and/or had tags. So they refused to let me return anything, and he told me to call corporate. I did, and they told me he was wrong! They were going to call him and tell him he had to process a refund for my online purchase, and told me if he gives you "any trouble"...
