J-Tea serves boba, fruit tea, milk tea, coffee, herbal tea and catered design cakes. It is located inside Ha-Tien Asian grocery store right side of the entrance, you won’t miss it. The place looks clean, dust free and decent. Counter is a little clutter with cups, lids and other things but still workable. I went in for a late night errand grocery shopping just 5 min before their closing hour. Very grateful they still served me, but I remember why I rarely visited. I’d ordered the coconut cream coffee. It is a ice blended coffee with the cream on top. I can’t say I really enjoyed because the texture tasted more like a slushy or course vs finely crushed ice. I could still crunch the ice with my teeth. The coffee and coconut cream were good and the flavors were noticeable. Please note there is no sweetness level or strength level of the flavor option. Overly sweet even at 30% sweetness & artificially sweet. Thick & indescribably bleh. Today I went in for the honeydew (which is my go to for bubble tea places) & soon as I saw the color, I knew I’d hate it. First sip, & I got right to this review.
