Ok food, I only eat here once a year so I can't make judgement on the consistency of service.. after years of eating there a couple times a month, I can see the decline. Please update your electronics in this restaurant. Some of the intercoms or credit card readers do not work in the stalls where you Park and order food and ordering food at the drive-thru is like pulling teeth! I was screaming my order to the top of my lungs and the poor lady still could not hear my order. After I finally ordered my food, I went to pay and the terminal could not read my debit card. So I asked can't you do it by the chip reader? The person reply yes but you got to give me your debit pin number to put it to complete your order 😲 WTHelly there is no way I am giving a stranger my debit pin number.. it's always something nowadays at Sonic.. please update your technologies at your restaurant..

This sonic is terrible. Unsure if i just get stuff from the same person each time, but they are charging 1.19$ for additional "add-ins" in their sonic blasts, and that entitles you to possibly a teaspoon worth of candy pieces. a sonic blast with 2 add-ins, totaling 12$ is not much more than a cup of ice cream. The advertisement (in picture) displays a standard sonic blast. One would think you would get more candy if you pay 1.19$ extra per 'add in'. I generally wouldnt care, but this is 3 times in a row now. Would never order from this place again unless i was there in person, so they could explain how this is the same as what's advertised. It might not be their fault its melted, but it is there fault that it sucks.

Terrible. I have NEVER, EVER been more upset by a fast food experience.

This was not our first time at a Sonic. We have stopped at numerous Sonics throughout the nation, and always have enjoyed our meals.

1:45 in the afternoon today, 1 or 2 cars in the parking lot.

Order: #1 with mustard & ketchup, #3 (double bacon cheese burger w/mayo) as a meal, with medium onion rings and a medium butterfinger Sonic Blast.

Outside order verification wasn't working when I ordered, came up in a minute or so, inserted credit card - didn't work. Didn't look at what was ordered. 20 minutes pass.....

What came - medium blast, ok - medium onion ring, ok - 1 sandwich, asked where other sandwich was, they claimed I didn't order a second sandwich. OK....I want a #3 w/mayo.

Opened up the first sandwich, took a bite - nothing on it but mustard and ketchup and cheese. The first sandwich was supposed to be with out mayo, came with no veggies - called them on the speaker. Took 3 minutes to answer. They couldn't bring out a new sandwich. Asked to have veggies put on #1 that we had. Blast melting, sandwich #1 lukewarm now. Onion rings now cold. No #3.

They come out and get #1 sandwich (1/4 eaten) to put rest of veggies on it. After the mix up with the #1, I called on the speaker to say that I wanted my #3 JUST LIKE THE PICTURE ON THE BOARD, just to make sure there was no mistake. Asked to speak to manager - was told she was too busy to come out. Now have been there about 35 minutes.

Sandwiches come out. Now have been there 40+ minutes. #1 came - things added, but now sandwich is cold. Opened up bag with #3 - a double bacon cheese burger mind you...no bacon, no veggies. I'm ticked. Walked up to window to speak to manager. Was told that was how we ordered it. I said that there was a lot of miscommunication, they offered no solutions. I asked if they could put the bacon and veggies on the sandwich, and we asked again for a phone # for corporate or the franchisee. Manager went back inside, did not come back out. Car hop came out with change for our $20.00, and said they did not have a number for us to call. I asked car hop why would we order a number 3 (double bacon cheese burger) and not have the bacon put on it? She shook her head that she didn't know.

Everything now cold, except the blast, which was melted.

So solutions were ever offered. No apologies. They insisted that we didn't know how to order. We have ordered at many Sonics in the past, without problems.

Extremely unsatisfied. May be a while before we stop at another Sonic.

I ordered 2 strawberry cheesecake shake(1 LG & 1 medium) this was a door dash order. First off I didn't get a receipt, and I didn't receive the shakes 😭😞 that I asked for. Which would technically mean I either got the wrong order or someone else's order. Right? I took pictures of both shakes and informed door dash customer service that I didn't get what I ordered and this was their reply;

I feel that they are dead wrong because I didn't get what I ordered and they just took my money. Please let me know if I'm over reacting 🙏 for being ptfo for door dash denying to refund my money back to my debit card because they didn't deliver what I paid for? and to top it off the door dash driver put my order on the ground were the animals (rabbit and rats) 😭 🤧 could've easily gotten ahold of it. SMH... There's two doors to my building and there's a chair by my door every time I order I ask them to go to my door but they always go to the other one therefore I have to check both of them. driver should be a lil more patient that's unsanitary to put my order on...

I went on October 9, 2018 and from the start had THEE worst experience ever, I almost called the police. I sat in a stall approximately at 1pm, was told that the stalls were closed which during the day was quite odd. So proceeded to the drive thru, i waited some time and no one attended to my order so i naturally drove forward to the window. The girl/woman was super rude and said she was about to answer while rolling her eyes, i simply said that i waited for a sufficient time and she actually told me to go back to the speaker which made no sense since i was already at the window with no cars in front or behind me. She didn't greet me whatsoever and was very sarcastic, i told her she was very rude and that she really needed to be trained on customer service. I drove up to the window and she started screaming at me, i asked her for the manager and she said there wasnt one, i then asked for corporate phone number. Finally l, a short chunky lady arrived and identified herself as the assistant manager i once again asked for the general manage she then advised me that the general manager was on leave. I asked for the corporate number and the girl who was screaming at me, she gave me the corporate number but never the name of the employee. I do know she had a tattoo on her elbow. while this was occurring a guy with a buzz haircut was at a white SUV at one of the stalls right in front of the drive thru constantly staring at me in a very hostile manner. he walked by my work van and continued to stare, he actually walked into the store, was not in uniform and looked very very dirty like crack head dirty. he motioned to me and was talking to the employees... I felt very unsafe. This location is horrible and something really needs to...
