Extreme Pawn — Local services in Saint Peters

Pawned my relatively pricey handgun (used $750,$900,pawned for $400, gain $60 or possible $300) with a reputable name and standard. It would seem they use their HAND WRITTEN, CALLED IN OVER A LAND LINE, NOT INPUTED INTO SYSTEM PERSONALY LIKE OTHER PAWN/GUN SHOPS, this odd process, I suspect, is a means to keep LEGALLY OWNED handguns until they default on loan,after feeling concerned the way the pawnn,clerk says,after agreeing to term'of course, we wont sell it back to you until after a background check...regained some financial freedom, purchased a firearm from Wal Mart and Rural King...I am on a delay due to common last name, multiple state resident. Don't be fooled by employee's logging in pretending to be customers or a rebutal attacking my character, I have a NIC ref. number. I can purchase a gun anywhere except that pawn shop. Anyone denied by this organization contact ATF, or INIC imediately and file greveance and or contact better bussines burea, there is a real reason their rating is terrible, because they are an underhanded, unethical, and devious ...

I 100% understand why there are so many negative google reviews for this business. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Very sassy. And the other employees stand around laughing while one of their folks is speaking rudely to customers. I have never encountered that. Usually there is someone there that keeps everyone in line... or at least pretends to. The older man that works there sounds like a clansman with an 8th grade education the way he addresses the customers. Not only is there a lack of professionalism at this establishment but a lack of class, human decency, and pride in the name they are representing. I would highly suggest other shops in the area like ZANDERS/St. Charles Pawn who gets great google reviews and has superior customer service... and also PAWN EMPORIUM who doesn't get quite as good google reviews, but they certainly are not lacking in professionalism and...

The older gentlemen that I spoke with on the phone before I showed up was very personal and professional!!! He told me to go ahead and come on up. They are always interested in lawn equipment this time of year and he'd take a look especially STIHL EQUIPMENT. I said no prob it's basically brand new I've only owned for 8 months and still have owners manual with 4 year factory warranty.I got there and made an observation about an 8 year Old blower that he had priced for $124.99. It's $189.99 brand new. same blower that I have and he said I'll give you $50 bucks. Now he got very BUTT HURT ABOUT!!! NOW TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT THIS DUDE blower he is selling is 8 years old with no warranty and used for 8 years but it's OK FOR him to ask...
