Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Saint Peters

PLEASE READ AND LISTEN LIKE I SHOULD HAVE TO THE REVIEWS . Worst experience ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings, ordered online for pickup at 9:30 arrived right on time and was staying across the street at the Drury was back at hotel within minutes. Food was already cold when i picked it up from the restaurant. They gave a super hot sauce labeled as a orange chicken(one of the most mild) which a child had to find out the hard way. Wanted what I paid for and dinner for the night but did not even want to call really as I hate asking for food to be remade but as a big Bdubbs guy I wanted to give them a chance to fix it. I took back all the food that way the also knew I wasnt just wanting free food. She was very nice about it , said that she appreciated me for giving them a chance to fix it. I made sure to check my food in the parking lot after a long day on the road was ready for bed. Tried one wing (bbq which is hard to mess up) and the fries , which were both good. Continued back to the hotel when I set our dinner they didn’t even give me the wing flavor I had ordered for myself. How ridiculous to have a order remade and not triple check that atleast everything is there? After finding out the wings i paid for werent there and that I had to eat mainly fries and carrots and celery. Opened the bag of those and this is what I found , the nastiest looking piece of celery THAT SOMEONE LITERALLY KNOWS THEY PUT IN THE BAG THAT WAY. And the carrots were definitely weeks old if not out of date. So definitely didnt even attempt to eat that mess. Was overall a pathetic experience. Literally cant even expect the smallest things is food service anymore and its sad. I dont know if this was a location problem or a chain problem but when the FOOD is your only complaint at a RESTAURANT that does nothing but drop stuff in a fryer that says alot. Would appreciate a refund or some type of make right but I refuse to call or go back a 3rd time or even probably visit this...

I’m writing to express how deeply unsatisfied my party and I were with our recent visit. We specifically came for the BOGO cheeseburger deal, only to find that our server wasn’t even informed of the promotion. He gave us incorrect information about what was included, which led us to order more than we should have under the impression it would be cheaper. He also told one of our friends that switching their order would save money—when in fact it did not. At the end of the meal, his bill came out five dollars higher than it should have been. Let me be clear I’m less about set about the five dollars than I am over the server being uneducated about his promotions and menu.

The service issues didn’t stop there. Our food was mixed up in the kitchen, so one person received their order ten minutes before everyone else, and by the time the rest of the meals were corrected, the food was cold. On top of that, one burger had the exact topping someone at the table had specifically requested not to have.

Finally, when it came time to pay, the checks were a complete disaster. The staff had to split the bill multiple times and bring us three different versions before they got it right. This dragged out the experience even longer and left us all frustrated.

Altogether, this was the most disappointing visit I’ve ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. Poor communication, incorrect charges, cold food, and chaotic billing made the night feel like more of a hassle than a meal. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the standard of service we experienced was...

Took my son out for lunch. First time ever I think we have been alone at a restaurant. Taking him out right before his 13th birthday and we were actually able to talk and order what we wanted and have fun our special silly way was so nice. We ordered 30 wings! 10 mild, 5 garlic Parmigian, 5 Asian zing, 5 honey bbq,5 Caribbean jerk. The Parmigian and mild are the best hands down or in case a total sloppy mess. I'm telling you we had fun! He loved the mild and honey bbq. The mild is just a really good Buffalo sauce that you can taste enjoy and eat without it hurting. I like the Asian zing they were alittle Spicer than normal but wings were all drenched in sauce so that might have made the difference but ranch was a good pairing for it being Asian flavored where as the Buffalo and Caribbean jerk are much better paired with blue cheese. Oh and let me add i am a huge lover of Caribbean Jerk but these as my dad would have said would've put hair on your chest! Lol They were so hot I almost couldn't eat them! Definitely not without blue cheese! We had the best waitress which made the day even better. She even spent some time talking to my son about schools he should go to etc. Very happy with our experience. I ended up eating 4 he ended up eating 12... when we got home he ate the rest.
