This outfit is a joke. I got a cell phone call from them telling me I was past due (should have paid on the 20th!). I had wondered why I hadn't gotten anything from them in the way of a statement. Why no one had contacted me. "Oh we've tried to contact you three times and we sent you emails, etc. etc." Trouble is this was not true. They were perfectly able to contact me on my cell and if they had called my land line (as they claimed they had) they would have talked to me or my wife or could leave a message on my answering machine.
