I really wish I could give them a better review because I love their clothing. I am getting married tomorrow (11/24/2018) which happens to be two days after Thanksgiving. This means the wedding planning is extra stressful. I went with Menâs Warehouse for the rental because up front they offered to put the two kids rental needs in with the adult rentals to make it cheaper for those of us that needed to rent for the kids. Additionally most of my wedding party lives in upstate New York. Every time measurements were done they were wrong or not sent in. The guys in New York went to get final meHeyasurements and were not given trial shirts pants and shoes to make sure the measurements were correct. Meanwhile here in Florida my son and I both couldnât find a shirt that fit properly. I ended up having to purchase shirts for both my 7 year old and myself. Now fast forward a month and we go in to pickup the rentals. They tell us they can no longer put the childrenâs rentals under their parents so now each child is nearly $200 additional that we hadnât planned on. On top of that out of 5 tuxedo rentals ONLY 1 of my groomsmen actually had a tux that fit properly. It was insanely bad. Pants way too big shoes way too small jackets that looked like dresses. My fiancĂ© almost had a nervous breakdown. The employees ensured us they could fix everything by overnighting the proper stuff. My only problem with that is why couldnât they just get it right the first time. I have been in a few weddings and have never seen measurements be so in-accurate. Now itâs the day before the wedding and we went to pickup the rentals and luckily we made everything work. Iâm still not impressed with the quality or look of the rentals but I donât have another option with such short notice. I thought maybe they would make up for all the errors and trips that we all had to make by giving a discount. I received 10 dollars off because I didnât need to rent a shirt and my son recieved a few dollars off for the same reason.
Iâm disgusted with this whole transaction and my wedding party is amazed at how expensive the rentals were and how horrible the service was. I complained about my experience and their response was âI already discounted your rentalâ

I'm constantly asking them to find something that's affordable to match it up I shouldn't have to say it but once, we came in here to buy a suit for church he's a senior 83-years old vet he doesn't have a lot of money you don't hand a 83 years old vet or $325 jacket when you got $129 jackets to sell them it's ridiculous. Then hand him a $36.00 tie when you got one for $ 1.97 and then say that you don't know what's all in the store. The tie at the cash register. The job of a sales person is one to be happy to assist the customers rich or poor customers. That's why you have a clearance rack in the first place after marking down what left over. Some store send the clearance item to the outlet store. When offering a suit to someone you should get their size the have them sit down and pick out three, one high price, medium price and low price. With three shirts, pants and ties. Now that person can see what they get for all that money and what they are missing when they get the less expensive one. I was happy with what I we got but the service I was not happy with. Talking yo the manager he says I was barking orders. If I had not the person who I was with was ready to leave after he showed him just a suit jacket for $325.00. Not saying we have other too and I will be happy to keep looking. No he just showed it and say nothing.    Read moreStore is clean and staff are friendly. Came in to get some pants tailored and also browse inventory and Chris was very helpful in the tailoring process. The reason for 3 stars is after marking my pants, to my surprise he said he could get them done in the next few minutes and I said thatâs great, shocked by the speed of the service. He then proceeded to ring me up even though I told him I was probably going to buy other items before leaving. When I go to pay I see a $10 rush fee, I ask how long the pants would take without that fee and Chris tells me 2 weeks⊠of course I pay the fee as I now have the expectation Iâm leaving today with tailored pants. The $10 isnât the problem, the problem was Chris setting the expectation that I was getting rockstar service was a misrepresentation. In reality he was setting me up for an extra $10 charge that seems arbitrary anyway as the store wasnât so busy and they were able to tailor the pants anyway, my $10 didnât magically make that possible fasterâŠ
