Bought 2 mood rings and a Salt Life car sticker yesterday (11/16/21) . Let’s just say the items didn’t last very long. The mood ring gem on both rings fell off within two hours of wearing it, within the span of those 2 hours all I did was drive and sit down at a park. The car sticker won’t even fully peel off without it almost ripping from the wax paper it is sticking too, but i’m afraid if i keep trying, it’ll rip in half. I understand it is not the employees fault that there is a no exchange/return policy, but no wonder why there is one since half the merchandise is cheaper than dollar store quality. Unless you want to buy cheap items that’ll break within 24 hours of use, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here, unless you buy one of the higher quality items like a T-shirt...

I tried to exchange a tee shirt today for a different size at the shop on the pier today. Shirt had tag on, was clean and unworn, and I had the paper receipt. Clerk told me there are no exchanges. Then added that I could exchange the shirt if I had bought it in the last few days. It had been a week, so she refused to exchange the shirt for a larger size. Same clerk who advised me on sizing the week before. I told her that I and my many out of town guests would be taking our business elsewhere from now on.
