SaltLight ART — Local services in Saint Petersburg

I cannot say enough good things about the store, the people, and the products. I have no affiliation with the stores/restaurants that I write about other than being a big fan. Being as frugal as they come, I like to get the most bang for my buck so shopping at SaltLight is like going to a really cool museum/gallery/trendy boutique all in one. The items never stay long, it is literally a different adventure every time that I visit. There are unique gifts, house hold décor, clothing, art, jewerly, even organic deodorants. The sales staff is friendly as can be, very knowledgable too. Owner/artist Mary Mcalpin Long has created a place that has you saying WOW around every corner. Her message and her mission is: Travel Light, Live Light, Be The Light, and Spread The Light. She embodies that in her jewelry designs and all the items available for purchase because she is so passionate about creating things for people to enjoy and also about giving back and helping those less fortunate. I checked out SaltLight ART today after I was thrift shopping. This place is great for gifts, and cute classy hippie styles. I didn't intend on shopping really just came into browse and found several things I really enjoyed. The gal working today might have been the sweetest, and the best customer service I've had in a long time. I also heard her mention that the owner is a local artist and hand makes the jewelry sold in the store, so I had to get a necklace. Great prices on jeans and tops....
